The assembly is easy but it took about 30 min to get done. The whole frame is covered in fabric and gives it a rich look. So far the fabric has been easy to wipe/dust. This bed was super easy to put together and my daughter loves it. Kinda wish solid drawers would have been an option but small totes fit well into the metal drawers. My husband and I worked together and had it done in about an hour and a half. We didn’t even argue!
