The product is top notch, I had a minor glitch where I was missing a piece on one of the bar stools and I contacted the company and they had it sent out to me within days despite the fact I had purchased these over 2 years ago. I just did not assembled them until now. They did not have any calls with sending out the parts I needed despite that length of time. They sent a tracking number and even followed up a few days after the tracking showed I had received it just to make sure that I had no issues with putting the stool together. They are very quick to respond and a top-notch company. I will look for them again in the future if a similar need arises. ... show more

Not only was there too many screws for what should be very simple chair but the broke the box and placed it in an even larger box I guess to keep from dropping the screws and washer. But that box was completely sealed either. This make it hard to send back so I’m stuck
