Written from my husbands perspective as they were bought for him. First off. XL is an XL. No funniness with the sizing. The sizing chart is accurate. Second, put these on and these are the nicest softest shorts. Externally they feel smooth. Internally they feel silky and great against your legs. This is going to sound wrong but the material while being light and thin is very strong. I have no idea if this is a new kind of material but I love it. Through the vine program I have received about 5-6 COOFANDY products. Although the name is weird. The quality is not. I am REALLY REALLY impressed with these shorts. Buy a pair. I have bought pants, dress shirts, Tshirts, polos all from COOFANDY. I absolutely love their clothes.

Good general purpose shorts for training. I would recommend it for gym days but its design choices mean it's unsuited for running and so it doesn't quite earn a spot in my rotation. Notes: - Ultra soft material. These shorts will not bind up or catch on ANYTHING during your workouts. - Longer inseam than average. The description says 9" but it feels like 10" or more. - Not form fitting whatsoever. This is great if you want looser shorts but I prefer less material flapping around with my movements. - Sizing is a tad large. I would recommend sizing down if you are in-between size measurements.
