This is one of those items that I consistently buy on a repeat basis. I absolutely believe that this is a requirement for any woman, especially if you are into wearing different styles of tops and/or dresses that a regular bra or strapless bra does not work with. I am pretty top-heavy and I have to say that this tape holds my girls up right. You also have multiple ways to tape and adjust so that it’s not visible but still secured. Product was easy enough to use without actual instructions. However even with using all recommended products, removal was extremely painful. It actually left marks all over my skin that after 2 weeks haven't fully healed. So just be warned
