I’ve used both the cooling and warming aspect of the removable piece in the middle. I prefer the heated method and it doesn’t take much to warm it up either. The only downside is the placement in my lumbar is a little high but I think that’s more because of my chair than the actual product

I’m currently pregnant and work as a nurse in a busy trauma hospital. This pillow has helped my back tremendously. I recommend the pillow for all pregnant working mamas. I keep the pillow in my work locker and sit on it at work and it’s been helpful.

Provides good support, but BOTH straps ripped off within two days. Just have this strapped to my computer chair for work, not like this was a hard stress test. It looks like the straps were held on by 1-2 threads. Unfortunately doesn't do much for lumbar support if it won't stay in place... *Update - seller provided a full refund. Construction still flimsy, but seller is good to work with, added 1 star for customer service ... show more

I want to start off I am a big man 550lbs 6'3". I recently started having pain after getting up from sitting for long periods of time in my lower back. This has since remedied that! Although its not the most comfortable all the time it does work.

I have only used this less than a week and the stitching on the strap has already failed. (Like the other reviews.) I ended up taking out the hard fiber board insert out because it was way too rigid. Maybe it's my fault but it doesn't work too well for the chair I wanted it to work for. I got this because it was FSA eligible and the bedside table I got from this company was so good.
