This is the worst back support I've ever had. A rolled towel might be better. I only purchased this because it was FSA eligible and I wish I would have bought one out of pocket. It is very uncomfortable. It provides the bare minimum of support. I just may see if I can return it, and I don't return much unless it's terrible. Well, IMHO it's terrible.
