This is the worst back support I've ever had. A rolled towel might be better. I only purchased this because it was FSA eligible and I wish I would have bought one out of pocket. It is very uncomfortable. It provides the bare minimum of support. I just may see if I can return it, and I don't return much unless it's terrible. Well, IMHO it's terrible. Pretty disappointed with this. I found it EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I have a similar product that really has made sitting on the couch so much more comfortable for me and has alleviated back pain I was getting before. I was hoping this product would offer a minimal same level of comfort but in fact it actually caused a bit of back discomfort.
