My wife got this for her so she could sing on her livestream with other creators on a social platform. She found this VASDEV DJ Audio Mixer perfect for her with the gorgeous aesthetics that are very much her style, as opposed to others that are kind of basic looking. Once she saw this, she knew it was the one. It's her very first soundcard and a great startup for anyone starting a livestream. This soundcard was ready to be used out of the box. It came with all 5 cables you'd need to start streaming. The instructions helped, but it just needed getting used to like all other equipment. She had to practice with it on a live and experienced some trial and error with the cables. Some cables worked better with the output/input when using her microphone and iPad. When she did not plug in a cable correctly one time, her viewers did not hear any audio. So we think it just takes figuring out what works for you and your other gadgets and what doesn't. Nevertheless, the nice compact size of this soundcard makes it easy to travel with! She loves it and can't wait to get used to it. We definitely recommend it for beginners and travelers or anyone looking for a sweet, compact, and beautiful soundcard! Can't beat quality for the price!

This VASDEV Podcast Soundboard works fine and adds lots of options and convenience to my wife's podcasts. She's been very happy with it and the colorful look with its rounded corners suits her style, especially when it is seen alongside her in her podcasts. I'm a little dismayed that the 2,430 current reviews on this Amazon ASIN number refer to many different products other than the soundboard/mixer I ordered which is definitely misleading for shoppers thinking the reviews all relate to the same product or slight variations of the same item.

Product is exactly as described. I could not be happier with this and works for streaming. I love the added sound effects. i wish you could change them though or if you can i cannot figure out how to.

The media could not be loaded. It says nice and easy use but I’ve tried multiple cords and yes I also tried to plug into computer as well, it is not responsive in any way, there is no charging light nor a light that says it needs to be charged. I’ll order another one because it does look promising but now I have to head out of my way to return this one. Hopefully second time Is better.

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t hooked it up and used it yet so I can’t speak to the ease of setup yet. However just messing around with it briefly, it seems well made. Not a lot of slop in the controls and the buttons seem to work well. If you push a button, you’ll know whether it was actually pushed or not. I like the look of the rose gold as well. Adds a nice little flare to it. If I am blown away either by good or bad results. I’ll come back and update this review. Enjoy the video.

I do some audio recording VO work for various clients, including some commercial work, training, and audiobooks. I was looking for some added functionality to balance noise and add some inputs, and this thing worked out awesomely. First off, there was the added bonus of having an internal battery that I was not aware of. If it is listed in the product details, I missed it, but I accidentally pulled the USBC cable from the back when recording and didn't notice, because the device never missed a beat, so SUPER happy about that. The built-in laugh, applause, boo, and "flogging" tracks are great, especially the flogging one, I used it to make a very fun voicemail greeting...don't ask. There are a few bumper selections as well. I don't know if they licensed music from Snoop for this, but I love it just for the fun of it. Everything works exactly as I would expect. It isn't a super high-dollar device, and I wouldn't use it for mixing in a professional studio, but for home recorders like me, it is perfect.

this is a neat little compact mixer but definitely not a high end audio device. with only 1/8th inch audio jacks, it is very limited as to the devcies that are compatible.

This is my first mixer, so I felt it was a good entry into the type of product. It goes together pretty easily, charges up so it doesn't have to be plugged into power all the time, and has relatively clear labelling on the inputs/outputs. Documentation is...pretty bad. There are still buttons that I have no idea what they actually manage to do. That said, it didn't take much playing around before I was able to connect some music (via bluetooth from my phone), get some heaphones on (used my own higher quality, but at least this one includes some basic earphones to get you started), and start recording some voiceovers of music (I love the button that automatically lowers the music volume as you're speaking...saves me lots of time mixing music and voice tracks later). Where it falls a bit short...I had wanted the advertised "Changeable 4 special effect voices" (shown as male to female, lolita, female to male, and beast), expecting some of the buttons to provide this option, only to learn that these are nowhere to be found in any obvious way. It's possible to alter some of the sliders to sort of change voices, but in no way does it accomplish what I'd hoped based on that claim in the marketing images. On my wish list...I like the various pre-defined audio snippets available at the touch of a button, but if you're a regular podcaster, broadcaster, or recording anything on an ongoing basis, these would be recognizable and get old quickly...a really nice to have (and perhaps available on more expensive models) would be to record and assign your own snippets. Overall, for me it's a fun toy with some good functionality. I'm undecided if it will replace my recording separate tracks and mixing later, but it HAS taught me a lot about working with a mixing board at a relatively affordable entry price.
