Amazing cables. I spent plenty of time in the cable rabbit hole. Each cable has its own personality. These XLR’s are so much better than the generic cables I had before, it’s ridiculous. The sound is better in every way. The whole spectrum flows through these from sub-bass through the mids and highs, everything is improved. They play much louder than the other cables. Got these cables a couple years ago, lost them in a move, ordered another pair, and then found the first pair again. They are just fantastic for this price point. The build material/quality is a little less than ideal, but they are functional and more than sturdy enough for use in a home computer setup—and hey, the savings have to come from somewhere. The locks on the female side seem pretty strong. I'm currently using these as microphone cables, speaker cables, and extension cables connected to a splitter, and they continue to work just fine for all of these purposes. ... show more

I'm running these from my Traktor S8 into my Presonus Audiobox 96 Interface. They work perfectly. They also worked flawlessly from my Numark NS4FX into the same interface. I was previously using RCA - ¼" TRS from the booth out and there was a noticeable hum. The hum is gone with these cables. There is zero noise when I'm recording into my DAW, zero.
