I'm so shocked to see that some customers have found the assembly to be easy. Please be warned that you will need plenty of time and an automatic screwdriver to assemble this cabinet. To give you an idea, it takes 16 screws just to attach the wheels! (Sixteen!) So it takes dozens more screws for the rest of the construction. Doing it all with the little screwdriver they provided is simply excruciating. To make matters worse, one of the screws was defective and another wooden connector piece came chipped. The manual itself is difficult to follow because the orientation of images changes in this or that direction. In the end, there is still some space left between the panels even though I had everything tightened as much as possible. It's a nice looking cabinet, and I'm giving it an extra star because the seller provided a discount for the troubles and additional costs I encountered in getting it assembled. I would not pay the full $90 price for such a construction but would be more amenable at a lower price point if time and assembly equipment is not a problem for you.

OI have bought other Songmics/Vasagle products in the past, but this file cabinet is the most poorly designed item I have seen from them. The cams are loose and will not fully tighten to their appropriate designation. It’s is loose in areas that only gorilla glue can solve. For the money spent…it’s disappointing as I see no real value.

Days of following instructions and carefully utilizing pre-drilled holes and I have bottom drawer pre-drilled are too high/ don't slide properly so the entire thing is off! I've done the desk, coat rack, shoe rack, bookshelf- no problem! But these drawers are awful. I'm so sad & disappointed, but this is the last minute I waste on this, too warn others.
