This item was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of February. I receieved it today. A week early!!! Ok, it does take a little while to put together. But, it is well worth it. It's sturdy, looks nice, the drawers open smoothly, and it was very much worth the hundred bucks. I have not tried to roll it yet. But, I am sure the wheels will roll ok as long as I don't put too much weight on them. So great piece of furniture for the office and well worth the price.

I bought this for a new printer I picked up a few weeks ago for my wife's office. It was the right size to fit in the space where it was needed so that was part of it. I had several picked out to choose from and this is the one we decided on. It arrived in good shape sooner than expected so that was good. Very well packaged and protected from any damage. I opened it up and the parts were all labeled and the directions had a good 'inventory' right on the front so you'd know what was supposed to be in there. Assembly took me about 2 hours. I consider myself fairly 'handy' and the instructions were clear and called out certain things that you had to pay attention to such as which end of the piece was to go in which direction, which screw holes to use on the drawer slides, where the locking casters were supposed to be (only 2 of the five casters lock so you need to notice that) and that sort of thing. I likened it to assembling a Lego set --- the directions were all picture based and all you had to do was pay attention. I did not have to remove or go back one time so if you are observant, you'll be fine. I read other reviews on some of the other units I was considering and they talked about having to unscrew things and go back for any number of reasons - that was not the case with this unit with these instructions. Once fully assembled it was very solid and felt well sturdy enough for supporting the printer and basic office supplies. The drawers and the locks work smoothly and closed solidly so no problem there. The keys to the two drawer locks are not interchangeable so there's one set for each drawer so don't mix them up. Take your time, study the pics carefully and you should have no trouble. Note that they also supplied extra hardware in case anything was dropped or lost or damaged. I didn't need them but it was nice knowing they were there if necessary Nice product!

This product did not include printed directions in the box, so I had to contact customer support to get them and print them myself. Once I had the instructions, they were clear — but you really need to pay close attention to the details. Assembly took several hours, and I did have to backtrack and switch a few pieces after realizing I’d made a mistake. One helpful tip: don’t over-tighten the hardware during initial assembly. I’m glad I followed that advice because it made corrections much easier when I needed to take parts apart and redo a step. Overall, this is not a quick or especially easy build, so plan accordingly and give yourself plenty of time. With patience and persistence, it comes together into a sturdy, good-looking finished piece.

I really love this black printer cabinet and I feel it's worth the money I paid for it. It's providing me with so much storage space to organize my office area. I will say that it did take my husband a little over an hour to put this thing together but he didn't run into any problems with it at all. It arrived faster than they said it would and Fedex delivered it without any damage.

The cabinet was not the easiest to assemble, as several parts/holes were not aligned correctly. The lock for the small cabinet had to be improvised with glue and screws, as the screws provided did not fit. Overall, the finished product is Ok, not the most stable and its appearance isn't the best, as a lot of screws are observable...we'll have to cover those areas up with patches that we'll need to buy. Customer service was good, as the seller was responsive and tried to provide helpful resources.
