The media could not be loaded. Honestly a great product! Lots of other competitors on Amazon showed this as coming damaged, and this one arrived undamaged with all the parts, easy setup, and even arrived early! Great product and would recommend!

When I bought it I read the reviews, and it really made me doubt the fact that many of the reviews mention that it came bended (somehow broken). But I decided to purchase it anyway because I'm all about pink. When it arrived, it came bended, on the front which made it worst. When I reached out to customer service, to request a replacement, the person who take care of me was so kind and efficient. I was advised that I was going to get a good one, no doubt about it. Within 3 days I had my new replacement at home, in new condition, perfectly ready for me to add to my office. It's lightweight, but sturdy. I even have my secondary printer on top. I'm very satisfied with the overcome, and I would recommend it! ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.. This is the second try at one of these file cabinets!! The first one turned up so badly dented and beaten up Amazon picked it up the next day......3 days later this one turned up just as bashed trashed and dented at the first..it is cheaply made and flimsy...next time I WILL pay attention to the reviews and not be blinded by the beautiful colour purple!!! I cannot wait for another one so I am using the file drawer which is the only drawer I can open...with disgust!!! and I hope over time I will not notice such a waste of hard earned money! sorry to be harsh but this is MY experience with THIS item.. ... show more

This would have been a 5 star review except for the fact it is not "no assembly". The handles may not seem like much to most people but, I am a senior with severe arthritis in my hands. It took me over an hour with a hammer and screwdriver to somewhat get them in and now I am in agony. A Phillips head doesn't really fit the screws making it extremely difficult to screw in tightly. The holes on the bottom drawer are not drilled correctly. I almost gave up but the idea of trying to return was daunting. I finally was able to force it in with gentle use of a hammer. The larger hole needed to be about 1/16" of an inch further out. I was leery of ordering this due to reviews about receiving damaged items but this one came in perfect condition and I love the bright color. However, the handle installation is a disaster. ... show more

Arrived in 4 days and packed very well. True pink color, just like the pictures. The key locks the bottom and the middle drawer, not the top one. It comes with 3 handles and 6 screws and 6 washers that you need to attach to the drawers. Took about 3 minutes to unpack and attach handles (using a flat head screwdriver). Perfect! ... show more

What I got is exactly what I expected. The purple is beautiful! Comes already put together, with the exception of the drawer handles. Those are easy to install. Drawers slide smoothly. Lock works well and comes with two keys. My only complaint is the bottom drawer handle is towards the bottom of the drawer. It would be more user friendly to have the handle towards the top of the drawer. But otherwise, I have zero complaints with this cabinet. ... show more
