I had to order this 3 times for one to finally arrive undamaged. But the 3rd one that arrived undamaged is absolutely everything I hoped for and wanted. It's beautiful, and it's perfect and exactly as described. It's frustrating that they kept coming damaged but the return and reorder process were easy and so worth it for this item. So patience is something you should have if you are gonna order this cause as many reviews state it seems there is a issue with it not being packaged properly to avoid damage while shipping but it is resolved in many cases and you do get a wonderful filing cabinet in the end. ... show more

When I bought it I read the reviews, and it really made me doubt the fact that many of the reviews mention that it came bended (somehow broken). But I decided to purchase it anyway because I'm all about pink. When it arrived, it came bended, on the front which made it worst. When I reached out to customer service, to request a replacement, the person who take care of me was so kind and efficient. I was advised that I was going to get a good one, no doubt about it. Within 3 days I had my new replacement at home, in new condition, perfectly ready for me to add to my office. It's lightweight, but sturdy. I even have my secondary printer on top. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.. This is the second try at one of these file cabinets!! The first one turned up so badly dented and beaten up Amazon picked it up the next day......3 days later this one turned up just as bashed trashed and dented at the first..it is cheaply made and flimsy...next time I WILL pay attention to the reviews and not be blinded by the beautiful colour purple!!! I cannot wait for another one so I am using the file drawer which is the only drawer I can open...with disgust!!! and I hope over time I will not notice such a waste of hard earned money! sorry to be harsh but this is MY experience with THIS item.. ... show more

What I got is exactly what I expected. The purple is beautiful! Comes already put together, with the exception of the drawer handles. Those are easy to install. Drawers slide smoothly. Lock works well and comes with two keys. My only complaint is the bottom drawer handle is towards the bottom of the drawer. It would be more user friendly to have the handle towards the top of the drawer. But otherwise, I have zero complaints with this cabinet. ... show more

Packed exceptionally well, no dents like i've seen in some file cabinet reviews, these are surrounded in packing materials and probably wouldn't dent even if they were dropped off the truck. The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical to purchase, because I saw so many reviews about the item arriving damaged. I did not have this experience. Thick Styrofoam surrounded the cabinets on each corner and top/bottom circumference. It was easy to unpack, and it took no more than about five minutes to add the handles. I just needed to go find my Phillips head screwdriver… So that was actually more like 10 minutes total, including search time! The video shows before and after adding the drawer pulls.
