I received this bench today and was totally impressed of the quality. It surpassed my expectations. It’s a very well made bench. It’s sturdy, has good weight to the overall piece, came very well packed, all the information, pieces and hardware was in tack. All the hardware/holes lined up perfectly. It’s wood, not flimsy or cheap. I’m a 68 yr old female and was able to put it together all by myself. The only Con: It was a little hard as one person but with a little patience it took me about 2 hours. I highly recommend this item.

The assembly wasn’t too bad, it took me a couple of hours and there was enough parts plus some in case you made a mistake which is nice. There was one issue I had where the screw didn’t go into the premade hole but I made it work. Good value for what I bought and now no longer have shoes on the floor.

So far so good! It's beautiful and feels plenty sturdy to me. There are metal pieces to reinforce the "wood" and it serves its purpose well! Our shoes are organized and the front door is much cleaner now!

I questioned my sanity spending $64 on a small shoe rack. But honestly this is a very beautiful, and SOLID piece. I assume the metal reinforcements are there so this can also be used as a bench. But I only plan to use for shoes and decor. I love the rounded corners and the honey brown wood tone! I do not regret this! Assembly was tedious. No words, only pictures. I somehow totally missed putting in the dowel rods but it’s still rock solid. I have other Songmics items that I’m also please with.

Seems to be durable enough for shoes but I don't think it's durable enough for someone to sit on it. Was a little on the expensive side for something like this. I should have got it from Walmart. The bolts were fragile as well as the wood. When I turned the cam screws, they tore the wood up as I was tightening them up if that tells you anything (plus, I'm a 50 yr old female)
