I put this together but needed my spouse to finalize the screws. The chair looks and sits as described, surprisingly very plush and soft even for my 6 ft. 190 lb. spouse. Time will tell how long it remains so comfy. But for now, I’m loving this chair, the cognac color and the value for the $$. This is a durable and fashionable chair. It is very well built with high-quality metal tubing for the frame and high-quality leather. I received this chair in a nice box, but it was not assembled. However, installation was simple, and all of the necessary hardware was included, along with few extra screws, which is always a plus. After installation, I was pleased with the chair's overall appearance; it is spacious, wide, and comfortable for me, despite the fact that I am 6.1ft tall and little overweight. I must say that this chair has added a lot to my living room, and I like its lovely color. Our cat claimed this chair right away because he always chooses the most comfy spots for sleeping and he has been napping on it every day. Although it is comfortable, I wish there was more filling in the cushion and armrests; otherwise, it is an excellent chair that will be used for many years. ... show more

Was excited to receive these chairs, until 2 days later the bottoms of the legs broke off on one. Not sure why it was made this way. I’m 5’2”, 140lbs, and I refuse to believe my weight broke this. Pretty sure these were not supposed to break off. Emailed customer service about it and all they told me was to send the whole chair back for a replacement. Didn’t even try to assist me in fixing it. Luke is there a replacement part? I would’ve sent it back but i know longer had the box. ... show more

I have never actually sat on a cloud, but I’m sure this chair is very close to what that experience would be. Pour yourself a glass of wine, hit your playlist and take your time unpacking (it’s packaged perfectly). Easy assembly my only comment would be to slide the fabric piece onto two of the poles already in place and screwed tight, slide the 3rd pole through the fabric THEN stick the pole into the slot and screw tight. The chair arrived nicely packaged and was very easy to put together. I wasn't sure if it was going to look as nice in person as it does in the photo, but I can say it is even better! This is a beautiful and sturdy chair and you will not go wrong if you purchase it.
