Height is perfect for 36” counter for short person. Instruction manual says you need electric drill, pencil, Phillips and flat screwdrivers. Didn’t need any of these. It came with hex wrench that was all that was needed. The back of the chair was very difficult to align with holes for screws, but I am small 82-yr-old grandma. ... show more

    • Very Comfortable Stool for Kitchen Counter
This is a very comfortable, sturdy swivel stool. I purchased three for a standard height kitchen counter and they fit perfectly. I already had a Vasagle table, so I knew the product would be well made. Assembly was a little more difficult than usual since the stool is a swivel chair, but it comes with an easy-to-read instruction booklet. Also, I think the stool's overall width measurement on the advertising diagram (online) includes how far the back-rest leans, which makes it seem like the stools are huge, but the stools are standard size kitchen stools, not tall bar stools. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. I used my own Allen wrench as the one provided is pretty flimsy. They are very sturdy and comfortable.

    • Great looking stool
When assembling I had an issue with just one of the bottom screws not lining up. Some finagling later and it was successfully put together. It's level, sturdy, and very comfortable. I'll definitely be buying another one soon.
