The media could not be loaded. On December 25th my excited daughter assembled her vanity only to realize that the mirror doesn't work, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't do anything. I unplug it and plug it back in and nothing. I contacted customer service, they asked for evidence and I sent them pictures, and nothing to see. I haven't gotten any responses from them or anything. I'm going to put the video here to see if they'll deign to respond to me now. When the item came, there was some part missing and somewhere messed up kind of cause on the doors when I finish attached them in the screw came right out so I had to find longer screws to kinda screw the door back in, but it’s cute. It’s just too much like it’s too much parts and stuff.

I wanted to return this item not because it wasn’t quality enough but because of a little crack on the mirror but this honest and nice seller was able to replace the mirror and he was communicating with me althrough to be sure the mirror was replaced, I would recommend this seller and his products are good quality.
