Out of the box I was impressed with the guitar and the gig bag. It played OK but was stiff. I let it rest then adjusted the truss rod to remove some of the excessive relief. When I did it fretted out around the 12th fret. I looked down the neck and let's just say the neck was wavy. It was not the straightest neck I've ever seen. Other than this bad neck I really liked the guitar enough that I'm sending it back but ordering a replacement. I hope the 2nd guitar has a useable neck. The 2nd Guitar arrived and I checked the neck out and saw no problems. The relief was perfect and needed no adjustments yet. I filed the nut slots down a few thousands as it was a little hard to fret. It now plays and sounds great. If you know how to work on guitars or you are willing to pay someone to set it up, this is a great guitar.

Got this guitar for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and decorated it in the way she preferred. The size fits her perfectly and it is very durable. She loves playing it with the capo and picks they provided. The tuning works very well also! God bless you and thank you so much.

The Guitar arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was amazing. I am a beginner and they put a lot of beginner equipment that I need in with this guitar, including case, strap, strings, capo, tuner, user manual, picks, cleaning cloth, Allen key, and even guitar pickguard. Below is what I was able to notice while playing it. 1. Finish: I love this glossy finish, very shiny and beautiful, easy to clean. The paint job is not bad, it could say it had done a good job. 2. Nut & Saddle: as described, it is a bone nut and bone saddle. 3. Action: Surprisingly, the action wasn't too bad at all. I didn't tweak the truss rod at all, and the strings sat fairly low right out of the box. I was expecting a much more bowed neck for a guitar at this price point. I measured the neck straightness with a straight edge and it hardly had a bow. 4. Tuners: Tuners seemed fine. They're sturdy and I wound them with a string winder and they turned and held up perfectly fine. 5. Accessories: The guitar gig bag is padded and has a large pocket on the front which is great. The digital tuner works great right out of the box. The strap looks great, no issues at all with it. The pickguard has adhesive on the back. You will need to put it on yourself, but it is quite simple. All in all, it would be a good choice if you are a beginner and looking for your first guitar. They prepare a lot to help you get started. I highly recommend it, and you will never regret having one.

Excellent looks. Actually looks better than the full size Yamaha sitting behind it. Sound quality is great ! For half the price of other brands. Bought for traveling, camping and not as loud sitting on my porch. The glossy finish is excellent. If your looking for 3/4 size with gr8 sound @ a more than reasonable price this is it !

Bought this and a jasmine s34c acoustic for a recent trip, so I did not have to take my Nice guitars with me due to luggage constraints and cost. I have been playing guitar for 40 years and have an at home recording studio and some really nice Guild and Martin acoustics at home. I was not expecting too much given the prices of these guitars. However this guitar had a serious fret rattle/buzz that made it somewhat unplayable. I now notice other reviewers have said the same thing, wish I would have paid closer attention. The jasmine guitar on the other hand was really nice and sounded decent, even with the crappy strings that came with it. I wish I had purchased two jasmines, but I wasn’t sure what to expect from either guitar going into this. I would not buy again, even for the 100+ bucks I paid, if you can’t use it what good is it. The jasmine I would get in a heartbeat.
