I want to begin with kudos to the seller & shipper. The stoneware was solidly and securely packaged, our sets arrived quickly with no dings or chips from shipping. The stoneware is beautiful, the colors are vibrant and nothing seems off-colored, the plate & bowl sizes are generous (my daughter especially likes the shape of the bowls). I like that the pieces are not as heavy as the set they are replacing. Like some other reviewers, a few of our pieces have the pin-hole spots where the color or glaze just isn't there. We have one plate that has an odd bump in the middle, a couple of bowls have a raised ripple effect on the outer rim, and one of the cups has a sharp spot on the edge (sharp enough that you need to sip from the other side) - I'm not certain yet how we can fix that without compromising the integrity of the cup. I'm happy with the set, the minor flaws aren't enough for me to want to send them back.

Loved the price, the neutral color even with the delicate sprinkling of chocolate speckles, and the brown trim on the outter edges if each piece. These dishes work in the microwave, and in the oven, under the warming temperature. This is my second set. I mix it with the pretty blue color when setting my table. I especially love the size of the coffee cups because it is not a jumbo size. Therefore, it keeps my coffee at a good temperature to the last drop! Gotta love that.
