My fiance and I ordered the 48 piece set (red) and it arrived pretty quickly and it came in 2 different boxes. They were decently heavy boxes so I'm really happy they split them into two shipments. Very thorough in their packaging, everything in their own boxes with padding between each dish. Oh my lawd, the red and the swirls were beautiful. It totally matches the kitchen aesthetic that I'm going for. I did however notice a single mini chip on the inside of one of the bowls, so I messaged the help and they got back to me pretty speedily too. After explaining the issue, I asked for a replacement bowl, to which they told me they didn't have any spare bowls of my set. So they gave me 3 solutions and I chose the second solution, which was replace the chipped bowl with a new set of bowls. I got to keep the chipped one too. I chose the blue and white swirly ones...holy crap. Literally, I'm not joking, I told them the bowls I wanted and they sent them over night. Like I got the message they sent it at 2am and the next day, early morning it was on my porch. Insane. Anyways, I love both sets of items I got from these people. The blue and white swirly have a really dope feeling and texture too. 10/10. Also they work well in the microwave, I haven't tried any of the other things but honestly as long as it ain't burning my fingers when it comes out I'm happy. Like the bowl will get hot but like...food is in the bowl...it's getting hot which means the bowl will also be warm because the food is.

We have used this dish set for nearly a month now and there have been no chips, fractures,et. They have been through the dishwasher multiple times and we use them in the microwave- they do no get hot. Very happy with purchase!

I got tired of eating off of my old stoneware all 7 pieces left out on an 8 serving set. I finally found a pattern I liked and bought it. After it came in I excitedly unpacked it and found a few pieces that didn't measure up. I reached out and chatted with Julie. After providing photo's she immediately sent out replacements (and even threw in a couple extra) I cant express how impressed I was with this gesture. I am going to look for the matching coffee cups now (where are you Julie). The only reason they got 4 stars on light weight is stoneware was never designed to be light weight.

I ended up having to purchase these dishes from a brick and mortar store because shipping via Amazon store took a long time and when they finally arrived, FOUR dishes were broken into pieces (despite being packaged really well). I didn't have time to wait for a replacement set to get here as i purchased these to use for a special occasion. The seller wasn't helpful in my communications to try to return the damaged set for a refund. After 3 unsuccessful attempts with the seller, i contacted Amazon directly and they refunded me in full less than 24hrs. later. The dishes themselves are beautiful. They're not lightweight but not too heavy. They don't hold up well, however. They chip pretty easily. Although they are rated as being microwave safe, i don't recommend it because they get very, very hot and you can easily burn yourself trying to remove anything that's been microwaved for a minute or more. Also, the glaze on the outer surface has been hit or miss. It appears as though the glaze might have affixed to the surface it was dried on and peeled away when removed. The smallest bowls all came this way. The areas that don't have glaze coverage stain easily. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this set. In the 4 months I've been using the set i bought locally, i now have 2 chipped plates and 3 small bowls with stained edges because of improper glazing. And for families with young children, you definitely shouldn't risk buying these.

These dishes are so beautiful. my mother ordered me a set of 6 for Christmas/ house warming present and then I ordered another set of 6 to have a set of 12. However when the first set arrived there were several broke bowls and small plates. they refunded my mother and when my second order came nothing was broken. I haven't even had them now a full 6 months and I am so sad at how easily they chip and crack. worst dishes I've ever had. I selected them for their looks and how well they went with my kitchen, but the tiniest bump and they chip terribly to a point where you have to throw out the entire dish because it's not usable with that kind of breakage. Super unfortunate. The two pictures I posted just happened the last two days. I wish I had taken pictures of all the other cracks and chips in several other plates both small and large and a couple of the bowls. I am going to have to order new dishes again the at rate these are breaking.

I absolutely love these dishes. Gorgeous detail and high quality. Dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe. Easy to clean. They haven’t scratched at all with silverware usage. I received them and unfortunately one bowl was broken. Amazon could only return/replace the entire set. I reached out to Vancasso directly and they sent me another bowl within two days. Amazing product and customer service. I couldn’t be happier!
