The media could not be loaded. The first set I received came damaged, so I went ahead and exchanged it.. The exchange went smoothly and promptly, even though I forgot to return the damaged ones. I received the second set one or two days later, which was amazing. However, one of the bowls of the new set has a tiny chip on one of the bowls as well, but not something that bothers me too much. They are otherwise very well made and look great. I just would suggest handling them carefully, even though microwaving and dishwashing went without problems.
