I love this sofa, it’s a very beautiful material and soft and so comfortable. I highly recommend this sofa. It came with a small issue but the seller quickly solved my issue and I would buy another one. The instruction manual looks scary but it was actually pretty easy to put together. The color is so great. It has lots of storage space and is super sturdy. It also folds in and out very sturdy. The sofa is easy to assemble, good fabric, comfortable and spacious seat for the price. The size of the backrest is smaller than the backrest cushions, which causes the cushions to bend and we do not have full back support and in addition the backrest cushions and those on the sides are very thin, very bad and not at all reliable the pictures. Sofa is so cute and comfortable as both a couch and as a bed. It was easy to put together by myself, and fits perfect in our apartment. It's got great storage, and is easy to pull out to convert to a bed. We got the grey linen color, and it's a little darker than the pictures, but good for hiding stains the toddlers leave behind. This couch is super cool! I love the storage and the way it pops out. I think it is more comfortable than a lot of conventional pull out sofa beds and it is much easier to operate. It isn't luxury feeling by any means, the pillows should probably be replaced and its a bit on the firm side. It is not at all uncomfortable though. Got this to have an extra bed and sitting space in a room we’re redoing. The size was ideal, though the height is a few inches shorter than the measurements claim. Back support is pretty minimal - I used one of the small cushions behind the chaise cushion and it helps a lot. Wish they sent 3 of those instead of 2! Came in 2 boxes a day apart. (Amazon only shows 1 tracking number, but there will be 2 - seller was very responsive when I asked for the other number.) Boxes are very heavy but the pieces are all light. I just opened the boxes and carried the pieces downstairs for assembly. It went together pretty smoothly (one person, maybe 3 hours over 2 days), but I have one tip that might help. If you’re assembling this so the chaise arm is on the left (opposite of the product pics), you have to take the brackets off the sides of the chaise and switch them to the opposite side. If you look, you’ll see they are different and no amount of swearing will get the arm attached without this change. I tried. The chaise is very comfy, and I’m sure the couch part will be too once the cushions have inflated fully. It’s not expensive looking or super padded, but good enough for our purposes. I may get a topper for sleeping to have some extra padding, and a gripper mat to ensure the cushions don’t move during sleep. Finally the storage in the chaise is the full interior. Tons of room. We’re just going to store blankets and such bc I don’t think it will handle a ton of weight. ... show more

I got this for our small home office/spare room and it is PERFECT. Fits the space well, easy to roll out into a full sized bed, and has great storage for linens in the chaise section. It's remarkably comfortable for lounging. I bought a separate full-size gel top mattress topper for longer guests and it fit great, but I don't know that it'll be necessary for all sleepers. First big couch purchase and have been searching for the right one for my partner and I … Thank God we ran across this couch ! First off the comfort is WOW ! slept on the couch for the first few days of having it and it’s been amazing it’s plush and comfortable and so soft ! All I wanna do is lounge on it all day ! Secondly it was so easy and straight to the point to put together I was expecting the worst but nope just took us 2.5 hours like every other review had said ! And lastly we love the pockets on the side of the arm rests ! And the two chases with a bunch of storage room it helps a lot with us living in a small home for now . This couch is great for a smaller frame people or you can leave it just pulled out all the time which is what we do because I have a 3-year-old and she loves that. but the pieces come apart super easy and it's constantly sliding out and it's very difficult because the pieces of back of the couch just pull right off too easily & the side arm pieces too, if you try to move it so it just kind of feels like it's not sturdy or quality. It's really frustrating when you're sitting on the couch in the part that pulls out just slides back and forth and leaves a gap. My daughter got stuck in between there one time and it was not very fun. I tried to move the couch myself so that I could vacuum the rug that I put underneath it and two of the pieces came off super easy and I couldn't get them back on and it was just really frustrating and annoying. The material is really comfortable and I had a friend Jimmy rig it a little so that it stays together the storage areas underneath her really nice and roomy. The back doesn't sit very high so if you're a tall person it doesn't work very good unless you have some bigger pillows on there. I feel like this should be like a $300 couch. I think I paid $400 plus $100 shipping&,it was late, and then half of it didn't come so I had to contact customer support and then next day it showed up. ... show more
