Broke in less than a week of two tiny college girls using it. Took a chance buying it enough it was a new product the few reviews were good. Had to have a man come do it for us even though we do actually have brain cells. Will not pull out anymore despite multiple attempts to fix. The lip for it to sit on when it’s pulled out is straight up an inch wide. Wicked uncomfortable, cushions are only a couple of inches wide and very stiff. We purchased this couch for our fifth wheel toy hauler. We needed something that came in boxes in order to get through the doorway. We liked the fact that this sofa has storage in the armrests and in the lounge area. It also has cupholders and a phone charger on one end. And a bonus is that it pulls out to be a bed. It fit perfectly for us where we needed it. We did have to take out one area of the table seating which is fine because we still have two chairs on the other side of the table. This couch is fairly long but it works for us. The drawbacks on the sofa is: 1.) The seller would do well by putting an instructional step-by-step video up for their customers. 2.) The seller should note to the customers that you may not get the whole couch in together. We got box two in before we got box one. Box one came in the day after we got Box two. 3.) The back sofa cushions can move around at times. So I have ordered some large Velcro to put on the backs to help keep them in place better. 4.) This is the worst part about the couch: it’s a bit hard. it’s usable but it’s not the most comfortable sofa in the world. it would be nice if they would make the armrests and then pillows, seating a bit more soft. In order to have more comfort. I really feel like for the price, this sofa should be softer. I would say that this sofa should not be no more than $450. I believe the price is a little bit too high. If the sofa was more comfortable, then yes so far it would be worth it. Time will tell if this sofa holds up. It’s just me and my husband so we have no little children other than grandkids once in a while. We will see. ... show more

In the US, couch arrived fast with no damage despite the box taking a beating. Two boxes came within a day of each other. I recommend waiting for both boxes to arrive before starting assembly. Its definitely not the most sturdy, I feel the armrests creak when I put pressure on them, and the pillows are not very thick and are on top of a more rigid structure. Still for the convenience, size, and features I would recommend this if someone wasn't looking for something with a "premium feel". Also the sections attach by lifting and wedging them together, so it should be easy to separate and move with each section still intact. ... show more

It wasn’t too hard to set up and it’s really comfortable, it’s the size of a full size bed and the chaise compartment that opens up is perfect for pillows blankets and things. I stay in a studio and use it as a couch during the day then pull out the extended bed portion for the nighttime. It’s sleek and classy looking and just firm enough for support. My boyfriend is almost 6 feet tall and can lay down comfortably im really happy with the purchase. It ascetically pleasing great looking couch. But absolutely the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever used. You literally could not lay down on it because it was so uncomfortable. If it wasn’t such a pain I would box this thing back up and send it back
