Bought this couch for my sunroom and I love it so far! My top needs for this couch were 1- that it pull out to a stylist lounging position and 2- that it’s affordable. And while it pains me to say that $650 is now an affordable price for a build-it-yourself couch, unfortunately that’s true. This couch is surprisingly comfortable once you spend some time fluffing the back cushions and let the couch decompress from being vacuum sealed. It came in 3 gigantic and heavy boxes that I pity the poor UPS man who had to carry it to my door. It did take forever to put together- about 3 hours, but it was easy to do and the instructions were clear and no additional tools were required. I spend a lot of time on this couch everyday and love it. For reference- my other couch in my home is custom made and costs over $3k and I don’t pick my relaxing spot for the evening based on which couch is more comfortable because this couch is almost as comfortable as my custom one - which says a lot. ... show more

My boyfriend has a $1K+ couch from West Elm and he’s been such a couch snob our whole relationship. Enter this magical couch. Is it a couch? A bed? Some amazing third thing? Yes. He no longer can brag about having a comfier couch - just a more expensive one! First thing to know: it will come in 2 packages and they are HEAVY. If you aren’t strong and/or tall, you’ll need help (even if it is just a hand truck) to get them in the house. The contents and directions seem overwhelming at first, but just get yourself organized and you’ll be fine! I would strongly recommend having 2 people to assemble. It took us roughly 60-90 minutes (with snack breaks). As some other reviewers have mentioned, the pillows aren’t super fluffy but I have only had it out for about 24 hours at this point so they might poof up more. However, that does not take away from the general coziness of the couch. 12/10 would recommend! -- Coming back to edit my review - unfortunately, similar to some other reviewers on here, after about a week, the pull-out part of the couch broke. You can still pull it out and set it up but you can't put any weight on it or it will collapse (which obviously defeats its purpose). Adjusting my review in light of that and will be contacting the seller to see if they have any suggestions to repair. ... show more

**Disappointing Quality and Uncomfortable Seating** I purchased this couch with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell significantly short of expectations. Firstly, the size was much smaller than anticipated, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sit on for an extended period. The lack of cushioning was surprising; it felt akin to sitting on a piece of plywood with minimal to no padding at all. Another major issue was with the screws—many were stripped upon arrival, and even when attempting to assemble carefully, they couldn't be secured properly. This flaw not only affected the structural integrity but also compromised the overall quality of the couch. In general, the craftsmanship and construction of this piece leave much to be desired. It's disheartening to invest in furniture that doesn't deliver on comfort or durability. As a consumer, I expected a level of quality that unfortunately this couch did not meet. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering a purchase. If possible, I would advise potential buyers to explore other options to ensure they get a piece of furniture that provides the expected comfort and quality. First, the couch is so cute! It’s pretty easy to put together - just set out all your pieces and follow the instructions! It’s perfect for my small bonus room & it’s actually comfy! I could sleep on it for sure. Second, FedEx delivered both boxes to the breezeway a flight of steps away from my condo. I couldn’t move it, I called FedEx and filed a claim, and they didn’t do anything to help. I contacted the seller and they responded super quickly and gave me a partial refund! This covered what it cost me to hire someone to come move the boxes into my home. Super impressed with the sellers - this was not their fault, but they were determined to help me out! This purchase was one of my bests from Amazon so far! It takes a while to build it but it’s definitely worth it and it’s very comfortable! The only little thing that could bother are the handles on the sides that they are kind of low so you can’t lean on them that much.

***Updated- They issued me a full refund for my concerns. Changed my review from 1 star to 4. I still don’t recommend this purchase unless they upgrade the quality of the pull out design. The first time we used the piece of the couch that pulls out it broke. The frame is cheap and thin and can’t bare any weight to lay on it or sit on it when popped up. It bends and breaks. If you don’t want to use the full function of the couch then buy it otherwise don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed as the pull out part was why I bought it and now it can’t be used!!!! ... show more

It took about two hours to built and the pull out broke as we pulled it out to put the cushion on it so it’s crooked now. it’s comfortable but we are debating on buying another couch because of how it looks now that it’s broken

This couch is pretty awesome, and its easy to put togethe I do recommend a small electric screw driver. Do not tighten with it though. I also find that when you put the storage chaise together, to do it upright, instead of on the side, and have someone help you hold it. I really love.
