  • Great shed at a great price
It's a great shed! Easy to assemble, has skylight panels in the roof. Excellent, highly recommend!

  • Instructions are visual drawings with little words and you may interpret them in different ways.
The side supports for the walls are not sturdy enough and flop back and forth. Needs to be supported by more than just one screw in the middle. However, when totally built the shed is reasonably sturdy for a 10 x 12 shed. Make sure to put roof panels on the proper direction. Out of 600 + metal screws all but about 12 screws did not align with the pre drilled holes. About 6 of those I used 1/2 inch self tapping screws and I drilled around 6 holes to get a few screws to fit on the thicker main roof supports. Took two people 3 + days to complete 24 to 32 hours. Focus on hole alignment and use power drill to tighten screws. The final results was a good usable metal shed at a great price that'll last for years. I built the shed on a cement slab and on top of a 2 x 4 on it's side as the slab was not as level as it should be and the pressure treated wood helped the base be more level. Used shims and gap filler foam to create a level base, plus the height is 1.5 " taller now. ... show more

  • Nice Building
When we received the boxes it was like there is no way that this is a 10x12 building. The building instructions were spot on except for a couple of steps. Definitely take your time. First thing we didn’t have to purchase any extra screws. As long as you install everything right all holes match up, some are definitely challenging but it is there. Overall build quality seems to be very good. Once it’s all built the weight takes over and it’s very sturdy. It definitely looks just like picture. Only thing we are waiting on is to see how weather proof it is. I added a sealer tape to the edge on the floor since we went with a wood base. Overall width is a little bit smaller than 10’x12’, the right size is 115”x140” but not a game changer for the price. ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY This
there were missing parts, for screws, we had to go buy them from Homedepot because the screws - although they filled two bags with a few hundred, more than 60% we had to throw them away - could not be used with any screwdriver. The instructions are probably translated from another language, because the description is made with grammatical errors that are difficult to understand, it rains inside - we have to use tar on top of each screw with plastic gasket from the instructions to seal the roof, also the joint between the boards had to be insulated with tar ... show more

  • A good shed for the money!
Make sure the base is square and every hole should line up. I completed it in 2 days one building the floor and 1 putting it together. The only help I had to have was someone help me to get the 4 corners up and help hold the beams for the roof up. The rest I was able to do by myself. I like the height of the door openings and the size of the shed. Also the shed comes with clear roof panels but you don’t have to use them. ... show more

  • Leaks
No instructions. No too bad to assemble but leaks

  • Excellent customer service, good product.
I received the shipment in 3 packages. 1 of the 3 were incorrect. I reached out to the seller and they replied that evening to follow up. After a quick conversation they immediately shipped out the correct box. It came in about 2-3 days. (Keep in mind the entire shipment came days earlier than expected, so there was effectively no loss of time on my end) Everything appears to be good quality pieces and parts. I will be assembling on a concrete pad in the coming week. Will update with pictures soon. Thanks Happy Tao! ... show more

  • Pretty good if you need a quick solution for storage
I work in construction so take this review with that in mind. I did not have time to build a shed the size I needed in the time that I needed it, so I went this route instead. The packaging came damaged and a few of the panels came damaged as well. I was kind of expecting as much with the price of this kit. I love chaos in my life so I didn’t bother leveling the base because of my uneven driveway. But if you like things that go together like your 8 year old’s Lego set, I suggest you make damn sure the surface you put this on is level. There were a handful of occasions where special words were said whilst attempting to line up panels to the structure. Some were almost 3/4” off…..my fault for rushing. I knew better. It comes with a butt load of screws….you will most definitely have extras to use for patching gaps and panels that have buckled. I used all of mine to patch possible leak points. I highly recommend at least putting a wood base below this shed as shown in one of my pictures. It helps to have something besides concrete to secure the base to, and with 2x6’s I’ll have aknots enough room to frame the inside with 2x4’s to add power, mount things, and reinforce the roof without the studded sticking out too much. Not to mention it adds 1 1/2” to the height of the whole shed…score. That brings me to my next point, while the overall structure is fairly sturdy especially when secured to the ground the roof is not designed to take a lot of weight. That is especially true for the plastic transparent panels if you choose to install those. I did, and they are extremely flimsy. If you live in an area that gets more than a few inches of snow I highly recommend you reinforce the roof. There is a good 1/2” gap between the door panels. I think this is by design. It is absolutely imperative to have at minimum 2 people to put this together. Plan on 2 full days if you’re like me and your brain is the size of a raisin. Speaking of being a slow thinker, unless you have the deductive reasoning ability of that guy from the show suites, be prepared to take at least 30 min or more to sit there and figure out what the manufacturer either just got plain wrong or skipped in the “instruction manual.” One final cap and building off my last point, a couple of the panels just straight up did not have holes where they were supposed to be. I made holes of my own and everything worked out fine. Realistically though, it’s a great shed. The latch is cheap though so I’ll probably get a better one. Get the shed, you won’t regret it once it’s up. ... show more
