Valvoline Type F ATF is an automatic transmission fluid that has been uniquely engineered to meet and exceed the requirements of older Ford and select import vehicles with automatic transmissions and is officially licensed and approved by Ford. I did not dislike the product. The only objection I have is that we were only delivered 2 transmission fluids not 3 as we had ordered. I would like someone to check this out and send us the 1 gallon transmission fluid or credit my searscard account. Please see that this is taken care of. Thanks.

At first I thought this oil fixed my noisy transmission but it didn’t. I know it shouldn’t fix anything but I was hoping ;) Anyway, my first gear is now much easier to handle and the noise of the reverse gear got better. There is not way to accurately review it, we are all just trust the manufacturer I guess. There is one guy on YT that compares oils and it looks like Amazon makes the same quality if not better oils for lower prices. ... show more

I went hunting for some Type F fluid at the local auto parts stores since I needed to change out the fluid in my 1965 mustang. Out of 3 of my local stores, I only found 3 quarts at one of the stores. Most people looked puzzled when I asked for Type F when I didn't see it on the self. I looked on here and found 6 quarts for about the same price as the parts store. I've never had trouble with Valvoline so I assume this product will give me years of service. Can't beat having it delivered in a day either. ... show more
