I found the petite one a bit too silky as in easily slipping off from beneath your head while sleeping. Also, it does take some practice, whether it is the bigger or the smaller pillow. I found that I tend to prefer the bigger "le grand" version. Personally, it's a balancing act, keeping your head right within the crescent. I found myself waking up in the middle of my sleep worrying if I'm sleeping properly. Now that doesn't help! But this is a good concept and the pillows feel so comfy, luxurious and well-made. ... show more

I LOVE LOVE this pillow- wish I had known about it years ago- I have neck problems also, this has helped me so much with the “smashed face in the pillow” look, as well as the stiff neck issue. I put my Save My Face Pillow on top of a My Pillow, this seems to be the perfect combination for my sleep.
