  • Very easy to sand.
It fills the small imperfections of my 3d print well and sands nicely. It works well with PLA it sands with a very similar consistency making finishing projects easier than other fillers I have worked with in the past.

  • Great Filling Solution
I used to buy marble dust, and this is what I chose to replace that product. I think it has less troublesome ingredients, I didn't want to buy a boatload of ounces, and the little tube is perfect for the fine work I do. I bought an abandoned doll to repaint. Did not know the tattoos were carved into her face. Was able to fill it all, smooth the result with a dremel bit polisher, and voila! I'll use this for other projects as well. ... show more

  • Nice, clean application
First time I’ve used this brand, the putty is good, dries in a reasonable time, sands well. The applicator nozzle is great! It makes adding a fine line of putty in a tight area so much easier.

  • Does not behave like expected
I went to fill in some small gaps in a poorly designed model recently (40K Outriders) and rather than using my homemade sprue glue, I decided to try a different product: Vallejo Acrylic Putty. Unfortunately, this met none of my expectations and was decidedly worse than sprue goo in all but one respect. This stuff simply does not sand. I started off using my 1000 grit sanding pads and they didn't even dent it. So I moved down to my 800 grit pad and rather than sanding it, this stuff came off in big flaky chunks, and even pulled out of the gap I was filling. So after cleaning it all up and getting this stuff completely off I tried again, but let it dry for over 24 hours. Nope, still sands off in big flaky chunks rather than a nice even powdery sand that you get from other products. This stuff dries into what I can only describe as extremely soft rubber. It's only powdery if you apply the thinnest coat of it possible. Therefore if you're filling a gap that's any larger than a hairline, I wouldn't bother. Overall, I was looking for a gap filler that dries hard and sands evenly into small granules. This is not that product. I'm sure I can find other uses for it in the future, but a gap filler won't be one of them. I will stick with my homemade sprue goo for that purpose. ... show more

  • Sands so easily
Tried so many different things to fill in paint lines (grooves) in a product that I sell that I wanted to repurpose and based on reviews I bought this. You only need a very tiny amount, takes about a day to fully dry, and then you very, very lightly sand with very fine sandpaper. Excellent product and results. It dries like a rubber so I didn’t think it would sand well or look good when I repainted over it but it’s truly excellent. Use a small amount and sand very lightly! ... show more

  • The small nozzle helps.
Works OK. Nothing special.

  • Works great for small patch jobs.
Easy to apply but required a little tool work to get it smoothed out. No discernable shrinking which made this ideal. Once primed you could not even see the work done to fill gaps and cracks.
