These Pillow's are the best I have ever used ! The cooling effect is phenomenal , didn't have to remove and memory foam , I just use one pillow instead of two , yeay ! SOoo comfortable , cooling and cushy . The only thing is there is a slight smell like mildewy but dissipated as of right now 24 hrs . Highly suggest buying these , will not disappoint 💯 ... show more

I thought I'd first point out that one of my zippered pillow coverings was badly torn. This didn't happen during shipping as it was damaged before it was vacuum-sealed. I tried to get in contact to hopefully get a replacement, but since Amazon themselves fulfilled the order, my only recourse was to return both pillows (now fully fluffed up) to get a refund. I don't want to return the pillows, I just want a replacement for the cover. I guess I'll be pulling out the old sewing kit. As for the pillows themselves... not bad. Not the softest things I've ever put my head on, but pretty comfortable. I had to remove a significant amount of foam to get it to the right level for me. That leaves a bunch of extra memory foam that I can use for cushions, or lumbar support, or wrist rests. I can't speak to how "cooling" these pillows are since it's freezing cold where I live right now, but I haven't gotten overly hot. ... show more

This item is well made and is undoubably the best pillow for the money you can get. I was having neck issues and would sometimes wake with some stiffness. This pillow solved the problem. You can add or remove foam as needed to suit. It took me a few night to get the pillow to the firmness I wanted, at first I removed some foam and then gradually added more until it was just right. Overall the product is well worth it; there really isn’t anything wrong. I just felt there is too much memory foam and I had to empty some of it. I have 3 gallon size ziplock bags full and I could really do one more ziplock bag to get the pillows where I’d like them to be. I could literally fill the bag they come in. I like that the one side is cooling and that the outer pillow cover can be removed to be washed. I also like that they are strictly Queen size pillows and not the Standard/Queen size as most pillows list because they are really the smaller size and not Queen size. My only complaint is when taking them out of the plastic wrap that they are shrink wrapped in, part of the plastic got melted onto the material and I can’t get it off; this happened on both pillows. If someone doesn’t use a pillowcase it could be annoying as you could scrape your arm or hand on it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more
