Honestly, I blame myself. Low amount of reviews, an idea that seems too good to be true, a type of product that needs to work well to, well, work WELL. Used it to trim a beard a little, trim it a lot, did not cut cleanly and required MANY swipes to cut all the hair, was patchy at best, the length didn't match my expectations. I got this trimmer to replace the one ive been using for the last 4 years that finally died. To be completely honest. This may be one of the worst bear trimmers ive ever attempted to use. It might work for shorter beards, but i keep mine at 18-20mm, and it is just pushes the hair around, no matter what i do, i have gone through a full charge, and maybe gotten through 1/3 of my beard, and it isnt even close to the length it should be cut to. The vaccuum also barely works (this may be because of the length of hairs). I recommend looking elsewhere if you have a longer beard. ... show more

I’m not the sure clippers are the best, I do have to go over my beard a lot and the cartridge fills up easily, reducing the vacuum ability, you I have to empty it like 5 times during one trim. It’s also very large. That said, it does work to keep my sink clean. It’s just debatable if it’s worth it with how long the beard trimming takes. Might be faster just to wipe up the sink. ... show more

    • I probably bought the wrong device for my needs.
At it's shortest setting, it caused me to bleed. I susspect it pinched and pulled hairs, instead of cutting. The vacuum seemed effective, but needed cleared/cleaned repeatedly in one session. Unless the attachments coincidentally are the length you want, the are useless as they don't adjust. If you trim just a tiny bit, daily, at a very specific length, this might be great. ... show more

Don't waste your money. It doesnt work well. I wish I would not have wasted my money on it, I regret ordering it and Amazon makes returning it almost impossible. But hey, what do they care?
