after reading so many negative reviews I was a little scared to receive this but I love it. you get exactly what you pay for so for everyone who’s complaining about the quality, how long it took to build, etc, it was under $200, if you wanted a high quality vanity you should’ve ordered one. I built it by myself and it did take me a few days since I only worked on it for about an hour a day sometimes less. I would say it took me 5-7 days I can’t remember the exact number. I personally thought it was easy to build, I would suggest using super glue where you can though. If you have to move it after you completed it, get another person to help pick it up, don’t drag it. I did that and the left side kinda fell apart, it was easy to put back together thankfully I had my boyfriend help me pick it up. I also needed his help putting the mirror on, it’s quite heavy. I do wish that the light on the mirror was brighter, my window outshines it. I am over 6 feet tall and I can barely fit my legs under the desk and my head cuts off a bit in the mirror so I’m going to order furniture extenders. Other than that I love it, I haven’t tried the charging station yet but there is so much storage in this thing I don’t even know what to fill it with! an electric screwdriver is helpful but I would only use it on the silver screws, when I used it on the little black screws it hollowed them out. it might’ve worked better if I had more drill bit options but even so, screwing it all by hand would’ve been no problem. when considering what color to buy I would keep in mind that the black one gets marks on it super easily. idk about the white one but any fingerprints and even just putting your hand on it will leave an oil mark. dust also shows up on it like crazy. I would suggest using a coaster if you plan to set a drink on it. just keep in mind when purchasing this how small it is, measure it out before hand so you know what you’re receiving. ... show more

It’s a beautiful vanity with lots of room, the mirror is big and the drawers hold a lot. Pros- it’s really easy to build and the instructions were pretty forward and clear. Lots of storage space and it’s sturdy. My fav part is probably that if needed, it’s easy to dissemble for moving or rearranging Con’s- im a pretty tall person so it’s a bit short for me but I put some extensions on the bottom an it’s the perfect hight. ... show more

My husband ordered this for me as a Christmas gift and it was missing a panel. My Christmas gift was ruined because this was not buildable. We spend OVER a month waiting for the seller to send us out the missing piece and all they provided was a $50 compensation for the issue. That covered the required shipping fee. Once we received the panel, it’s a whole other headache. The panel arrived damaged , the pre drilled holes in several areas don’t align correctly, the mirror doesn’t open smoothly which defeats the purpose of this being a cabinet …. And overall it’s not worth the amount of money or stress we had to deal with from this company. Quite frankly we should’ve sent it back immediately and spared ourselves. Didn't have instructions, but the seller was super about sending it to me next day, via email. Not all numbers are marked on pieces, but after separating and taking time to really review the directions. I got it done in four days, by myself. Only needed help with last step, mirror light is too heavy to do with one person. Because it's mdf wood, I would not try to tighten the screws, it will chip, and get messy. Looking forward to enjoying this for years to come. For the price it's worth it! Chair didn't come with product, I found mind at a Thrift store. ... show more

I bought this vanity for my bedroom because I loved how much storage it provided and the overall look of the vanity. Although I still like how it looks and the storage is wonderful, it was extremely difficult to assemble. There was over 60 pieces, not including hardware, so it felt like building legos. It took me and another person from noon to almost 11:30 at night. Apart from the assembly being excessive, the boards are also very cheap and cracked/chipped when building. Not only did the boards crack during construction, but some of the hardware arrived bent unfortunately. After almost 12 hours of building and frustration, the vanity looked great. So, if you want an all day project and possible hair loss from frustration, I do highly recommend!! It looks and works nicely in the end. ... show more

Typical of Amazon furniture suppliers, this arrives in a box for assembly. The materials are decent quality but it assembles mostly with camlocks and some screws. Like any furniture put together with camlocks, you can expect it to be falling apart inside of a year with regular use. My suggestion (and exactly what I do with furniture like this) is to use a good glue like Titebond multi purpose adhesive (blue label - white adhesive) and glue EVERYTHING! If you do this, you have have a very solid vanity that will last for decades. It adds a million hours to the assembly process, but its worth it. Note that these wood powder coated surfaces are not very durable, so if kids place drinks or abrasive things on the top and other surfaces, it will swell the wood or scratch the surfaces rapidly. An added cost workaround to preserve the finish would be to buy custom cut clear or smoked glass tops to lay on them. It would add a lot of value and attraction too. Doing these takes low cost, budget furniture to a level 2 to 3 times the cost of these, but its a lot more labor and effort. Bottom line, use glue.... ... show more
