I really like this cabinet but it was a bit of a pain to put together. It has a ton of different tiny parts and ending up being one of the more time consuming prefab pieces of furniture I’ve assembled. Instructions have no words only pictures. The particle board is pretty cheap and crumbled a little in a few spots while putting it together. Eventually I got it together and it’s super cute. Also feels pretty sturdy. It’s a small versatile cabinet you can use in any number of spaces where you need just a little storage space. Decent value for current list price. ... show more

I love the style of this cupboard. Be aware it’s not very big (or deep)….so it’s likely most useful in an outdoor kitchen, or a space in a normal kitchen that only needs a little bit of storage. For example, cereal boxes won’t fit. Once you finish putting it all together, it’s a satisfying accomplishment lol. It took a few hours. We used wood glue on both ends of all the dowels and in the holes, to ensure this thing stays together. I would NOT advise NOT using wood glue….you need it. Honestly, if you want the cupboard to be stable and not fall apart when you lift it from the top, wood glue all the dowels in place and allow it to dry. Then you’ve got a sturdy cabinet. Otherwise? Things will fall apart. They just will. The reason I ran and got the wood glue is because once we had the top in place - the next step was to turn it over, but you can only really lift from the top…and the top came off. Hence, wood glue. Now that it’s all built and glued in the dowel holes, it’s sturdy, and we’re very happy with it. It’s a really cute style with the little ‘barn’ doors, that slide side to side. The drawers allow of enough space to store things (not terribly long utensils though as it’s not very deep….check measurements). I particularly like that it is the wood finish too - for contrast. None of it is real wood- it’s particular board…but if you use wood glue to build it - you’ll have have a solid, stylish small piece of furniture. ... show more

The doors and drawers looked like they were damaged and someone tried to patch them horribly. The nuts that hold the doors on aren't long enough so I had a hard time getting the doors to stay attached to the hardware. Everything else was easy to assemble.

The media could not be loaded. This piece is not even close to being as nice as I expected. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, but it was a tedious task as there are so many screws. Although it appeared to be quality particle board as I started this task, I quickly realized there were a lot of flaws in them, some of which I pictured. One of the other issues with the particle board, is no matter how gentle I was trying to add screws and such, it continued to chip, on almost every single one. Then to get to the end of assembly and realize the drawers do not sit flush in the center at all, only on the sides. My video shows this. All around this disappointed me, and the end results are not nearly as nice as I expected. I try and give a little grace with these types of shelves, but the quality is not up to par with what I feel it should be. I do not expect this shelf to last. It is still cute, despite the flaws, so I still gave this 3 stars. I will use this until I upgrade to something else, but I would not order this again. It is a shame, because some of the issues could have been overlooked had there not been so many. ... show more

Love this little cabinet. Fit perfectly right below our wall mounted TV in the bedroom without sticking out too far into the walkway. It does come flat packed so be ready to build it, but the instructions are very well written with great pictures. Everything fits together great, zero issues while building it. Make sure you follow the steps in order or you may not be able to get to some of the fasteners after. The only issue I had was that the screws for the handles got left out, I had an extra pack of a different set of screws instead. Not a big deal, just bought some at the hardware store for less than 2 bucks. ... show more

This is a nice little cabinet. Once it's together it looks sharp. It was simple but time consuming to assemble. It's particle board but looks like weathered wood. It's pretty sturdy and can hold just about anything that would fit the short shelves. The barn doors slide easily and are a nice way to cover the shelves.
