This did take a couple hours to put together, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. My daughter loves the built in clock in the mirror and the multiple light settings. She also likes the power hub on the side of the vanity so that she isn't having to find plug ins for her styling tools. It also has USB ports, which is very handy. I was very skeptical after reading a lot of the reviews about a broken mirror. I ended up deciding to buy it anyways and see for myself, and it was an amazing purchase!! Nothing was damaged the packaging was very secure. Besides, the box had a few scuffs. The lighting is fairly bright, and everything is very stable and very well made. It took about 4 hrs to put together since it has so many pieces, but in the end, it’s really a beautiful vanity. It arrived very quickly I’m very pleased.

I love this vanity. It took a solid 2.5 hours to put together but it is well worth it. My only issue, and I wouldnt even really call it that, is that I wish the lights were a little brighter. I do love the different light settings but they're a lot more dim than I expected. And they do not shut off if you forget and leave them on. Other than that, this unit is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!

I purchased this vanity a little over a year ago, and while I was sitting at it one morning, the mirror suddenly detached and fell off. Fortunately, no one was injured, but this was extremely concerning—especially since my 3-year-old granddaughter often uses this vanity. Had she been sitting there at the time, she could have been seriously hurt. It appears that whatever adhesive or mounting method was used to secure the mirror failed completely. A mirror detaching without warning is a significant safety issue, and I am very disappointed that this occurred after such a short period of normal use. I did email the company and all they said is that the warranty is up nothing they could do. I would not recommend this product

First I want to say the customer service was phenomenal! Mine had come in with the mirror cracked and they were quick to reply and quick to send me a new mirror. When they sent me the new mirror it was in perfect condition, however, they'd sent me black instead of the dark brown my vanity is. Which at first I was bummed about it and almost sent it back but in all honesty I LOVE IT with the mirror part being black instead of brown because I feel like it blends with the other black accent colors really well. Assembly took a long while because there are so many parts but once it was done I couldn't be happier! Its pretty sturdy and great quality especially for the price which I thought was very reasonable. The little chair it comes with is comfy too and im 5'2 and I feel its a pretty good overall general size. If I ever need another for someone or if they have other types of items I'm going to be buying from them again because as lengthy as the overall process was, the customer service made the beginning part of it very smooth which is so important to me.
