I bought my compressor which looked very good like all the parts they sell, when installing it after making a vacuum we put in refrigerant gas and I was surprised because the clutch did not come out, we checked pressure, fuse, relay and everything was perfect because my old compressor was working, it turns out that we measured the clutch coil and it is shorted, how is it possible that something new does not work? I informed them of the problem and it turns out that they do not recognize their error, I also sent them a photo of their problem because I am sure it will continue to happen so that they can correct it ?? a new coil does not have to be shorted, the problem is in the metal clamp that holds the cables, it is very tight and they are surely joined at that point, I hope this unpleasant experience helps you, which I wasted time and money on labor. Would have been fine but after charging the system, clutch wouldn't engage. Did all the tests and went to get the AC compressor itself to find a bad crimp for the terminal. The wire just fell out. Rather than remove, return due to the cost and down time of AC charge and recovery, I just cut the wires and made it a Deutch connector. As you can see in the picture the pin stayed in the connector bit wire came out of the crimp. Works fine now so far. But its also only been ran for a day or two so we will see. ... show more
