This Lego type engine is one of my favorite building sets that I own! It is totally my style of thing to build. I really enjoy mechanics and it makes a great piece for display in my room! The instructions are easy to read and the book is put together in a way that I can build it easily. I love the features on the motor. You can connect it to your phone and control everything from there. It is a fully functioning motor with a lot of moving parts. It has incredible detail! So I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday. It is very well priced for what it is. The instructions are very clear and it is fairly easy to assemble-but time consuming. The engine is very detailed and he loved it. This is a perfect fit for guys who love cars and legos. Im sure it would be great for kids and can educate them on what engine parts look like. It works perfectly. Theres a lot of educational value here .

I'm always on the lookout for cool Lego and building block sets for my engineer friend, who absolutely loves them. When I surprised him with this one, he was over the moon even before taking it out of the box! He later told me the building quality was excellent: the instructions were easy to follow, and every single piece was included. His absolute favorite part, however, is the accompanying app. I hadn't even realized it came with one, but he loves that you can use it to "rev" the engine and control other features. He declared it hands down his favorite set he's ever received from me, calling it a must-have for any Lego enthusiast.

Look like my other Mego sets i have, individual packs with pictured instructions. It says 6+ but I think a 6 year old may struggle a little putting it all together. I love mechanics so im going to love putting this together. If it is for kids I dont care, if you take the leading 4 then im 6 (46). Instructions are clear, quality of pieces looks like my "Mego" all in all its exa tly what you would expect but more awesome because its an engine :o)
