I had been thinking about getting an e-bike for a while now. My work is about 10 miles away from my house and there is a paved trail along the side of the highway all the way from my house to my work. However, at parts of that trail, there are some very steep hills so I was concerned about getting a bike that was powerful enough to go up those hills. I recently came across this bike on Amazon and decided to get the V60 Pro. I can tell you that this is a great bike! First, it ships very fast. I ordered on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday. After assembly, I took it on a 20 mile round trip ride and I was impressed. Everything about this bike is the real deal! Everything Movcan says about it is true and everything I read in the reviews before I bought it was also true. The bike is good quality built, it has great power and it does the 33 mph as stated. It had no problem going up steep hills. It also had no problem stopping going down steep hills. The battery range is good too. Also, it's just fun to ride and it has a really cool look to it. I had someone ask me where I got it on my first ride. Also, this comes with a bright headlight and a brake light so you can ride at night. It's great!

Absoloutley terrible. This bike snapped in half while riding. If I were riding any faster I could have been seriously injured. The bike lasted a little bit over a year with countless additional problems; like a cracked rim, stripped motor gears, leaking front suspension, and stock tires lasting only 300 miles of basic riding which resulted in an accident. Movcan's customer support team is absoloutley useless and prioritizes their profits over product image and customer safety. A replacment frame allegedly costs "$400 to ship". And no, this bike does not go 33 MPH. You're lucky to get 28 out of it. The battery also heavily degraded in a span of a year, which is almost $300 to replace. Another huge issue is the fact the bolts holding the rear half of the frame to the swingarm come loose quickly and and incredibly difficult to tighten or remove, which causes shaking while riding. DO NOT purchase this bike if your looking for something that will stay in one peice and if you want good customer service.

Purchased 6/25 Movcan V60, received 6/28 via FedEx (signature required). All parts were packaged well with easy to follow instructions. Unfortunately, the rear rim was bent causing a dangerous wobble. We are in the process of working direct with manufacturer and will hopefully have a positive outcome. I look forward to using this Ebike once repairs are made as it looks very sturdy with a comfortable seat and large headlight. The package we purchased included a lock and cell phone holder as well as a rack. I would definitely watch for promotions when purchasing.

Let’s go over the pros and cons The cons after about a year of use, the battery becomes extremely weak. It’s a $300 replacement for the battery. Secondly, the brakes are made out of a very weak pig iron anytime you crash or fall the brakes are likely to sever or completely break in half and you will need a brake replacement kit. Thirdly, you will need to learn how to bleed brakes watch YouTube and fix the back. Make repairs yourself because you’re not getting any support. Lastly, assembly a lot of the bolts on the front forks are loose. You need to ensure that they are properly tightened before you take your first ride. Prose extremely fun to ride for novice beginners it is not a dirt bike is not made for jumping open trails rough housing. It’s basically just a road bike that has a battery. It’s great for like a retirement home or something that you can just ease around at college life.

I bought this bike for my son and he has been riding it for the past 8 months and loves it! The seat is nice and long which makes it comfortable to ride. I like the big light in the front for driving at night. The different speeds are nice as well. Made very good! The bike speed is also very good. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable electric bike.

I am leaving my 1-star review because of both the product and the company’s response. The original bike’s frame broke, and the company refused to honor the warranty. As a result, we had to pay out of pocket for a replacement bike. Unfortunately, the replacement bike also had a serious safety issue. While riding at approximately 10 mph, my son’s front wheel suddenly locked up, causing him to crash. A local bike shop inspected the bike and found the front rotor was bent, explaining that this is something they have seen happen during shipping. My son suffered extensive road rash and painful skin injuries to his right arm. Despite this incident, the company has refused to send a replacement part. Instead of standing behind their product and prioritizing customer safety, they have left us to deal with the repair ourselves. This crash could have had far more serious consequences. If my son’s injuries had been more severe, this could have resulted in a fatality. I believe other customers deserve to know not only about the safety issues we experienced with both bikes, but also how the company handled the warranty claim and our concerns afterward.

Item arrived nicely packaged. Took about an hour to assemble which is a lot less than I had expected! Rides great, am yet to see how long the battery lasts but his quite powerful and accelerates nicely. Looking forward to long rides in summer
