Honestly I didn’t expect much at first, but this scooter turned out really good. It was easy to set up and super simple to use, even if you’ve never used one before. I’ve been riding it almost every day, mostly around the neighborhood and when I take my dog out. It’s actually pretty fun and saves me some walking. The speed is decent, not crazy fast but definitely fast enough for daily use. Battery life is solid too, I don’t have to charge it all the time which is nice. Also it’s not heavy, so moving it around or putting it away is easy. So far no major issues. For the price, I’d say it’s totally worth it. I use it way more than I thought I would.

Really impressed with this scooter! Setup only took a few minutes and it feels sturdy when riding. I like that it has different speed modes, which is great depending on the situation. The scooter also has front and brake lights they will be very helpful at night and the bell is a nice touch for riding around pedestrians. I also like that it folds easily, which makes it very convenient to carry or store in the car. It rides smoothly and the brakes feel responsive. Overall it’s a great scooter.Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

I bought this looking for something practical to get around without spending too much, and honestly it surprised me. It’s easy to assemble and feels pretty comfortable, especially with the seat, which makes a big difference on longer rides. The suspension also helps smooth out regular roads. The speed is good for daily use and the battery lasts enough for errands or commuting without issues. It’s not a premium scooter, but for the price it does its job really well. Bought as a Christmas gift. Kid loves it. Speed is adjustable through 3 levels and the first two are perfect for safe speeds. One month in, it started throwing error codes and would not operate. I reached out to Maxshot and they had me check wire connections. Once verified all was well with those, they simply sent out a new hub motor/wheel. They provided instructions on how to replace it and this was an easy job with little frustration. The scooter is a run of the mill scooter. Works well, has headlight and brake light. What really sells this one is the support and how well they stand behind their product. You never want to need support, but this group is who you want when it happens.

I've used it for my daily work commute 4 months now and so far so good. There's a few pros and cons but overall a pretty decent scooter. Pros: I'm a 150 lb female and it goes 19mph max speed and 10 miles per charge even with additional weight via heavy backpack. Cons: Handle bars are held together by small screws that come just a little lose. I carry the T tool it came with to tighten them room time to time. Something worth noting is it slows in winter due to the cold (to about 14-16mph) which is apparently common for some e scooters. I was worried it was breaking down but it went back up to it's usual 19mph when the weather warmed again. All in all, a pretty decent scooter.

I I’m really happy with this scooter. It was very easy to set up out of the box and the folding design makes it convenient to store or put in the car. The ride feels smooth thanks to the suspension and the tires handle small bumps pretty well. The speed is good for getting around quickly without feeling unsafe, and the battery lasts long enough for errands . I also like that it connects to an app so you can check speed, battery level, and other settings. Overall it feels sturdy and well made for the price.
