these are nice. soft but not to soft and the ability to adjust how soft is a plus. nice material. easy to wash and the extra bag to hold the foam filling if you change softness is great.

Way comfortable, I can now fall asleep within five minutes. I own all the expensive pillows. Most are hard as rocks. This pillow is just the right firmness. Glad I made the purchase.

I purchased a two-pack queen-size. They were extremely difficult to remove from the packaging case (without another person's assistance) to the point that I had to get scissors and cut the packaging case to be able to remove them. Once I was able to remove the plastic wrapping from the pillow, the pillow fluffed up nicely. First I tried it as a hugging pillow, then I tried it as a sleeping pillow (I am a side sleeper). This is a firm pillow. I would rate it as an 8, on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being ultra plush, and 10 being extra firm. It is not the most ideal as a hugging pillow, as a softer pillow would be better, but it still did well. I feel that it did pretty well as a sleeping pillow, sleeping on my side, as its on the firmer side, and I felt I was not sinking into the pillow as I would with a softer pillow. There was little smell coming out of the packaging and was almost non-existent by the time I used it to sleep. I have decided to keep this pillow due to its high quality materials.

Me and my hubby love our new pillows. They are so comfortable and I do recommend to take out so of the filling but put it in something to keep it if you need to make it comfortable again not sure when that be cause these pillows are so comfortable still but we have if we need it 😂

I can't believe I got 2 queen pillows for $26. These should normally sell for 2 to 2.5 times more. Weird but true, they are firm but soft and nice and thick in a few minutes after taking them out of the vacuum sealed bags. They come shipped flat as a pancake and I was well I sure hope they pop up and they do big time. They do have some weight to them which I really like. Could never understand why some people think a heavy pillow is an issue. With these foam pillows some mention a chemical smell. Those who are old enough to know, they smell just like a Nerf Football. Unless you sleep with your face buried in the pillow, I doubt you'll notice, especially with a pillow case over it.

My husband and I both think these pillows are very comfortable! Which for me is really great, since I have been trying to find a comfortable pillow for several years without success, until now. Our only complaint is the strong chemical smell of the memory foam filling. When they arrived, I opened them up and let them air for 48 hours and fluffed them in the dryer per the instructions. They still had a strong odor, so I removed the zippered covers, washed and air dryed them over night. I hoped between that and letting the thin cloth sack containing the memory foam, air out another night, the smell would be gone, but it wasn't. We decided to sleep on them anyway. UPDATE: We have been sleeping on them now for 9 nights and the smell is finally lessening. The initial fluff the pillows had from putting them in the dryer is now gone and we are wishing more memory foam had came with them. We both started out using all the foam they came with, but after sleeping on them for 9 nights, they have flattened. I re-fluff them with my hands every morning when I make the bed, but it doesn't last long. We wish they had come with more memory foam, so they could be more supportive.
