I used this UV resin to coat some air fry clay projects this winter. I made several ornaments and mini succulent planters. This resin is smooth and easy to use. It is pricey for an average crafter like me, but a little resin goes a long way. Just make sure you use this product outside or in a well vented area and also be safe and wear a ventilator mask and gloves!

First time using UV resin, and I think this product is pretty good. There’s a smell, but I can bare it. This one does seem to be on the thicker type. Like I said, first time using UV resin so I don’t know how much it shrinks with other brand that does “shrink”, but when I filled up my cube mold flat, it shrunk. (So I filled up the just a tad bit more next time so it’ll be flat after curing) 3 smaller cubes are 5mm cube, and those cured with only 1 time of UV light, however, for bigger cube, it left some tackiness even though I did over 3, 4 minutes (I don’t know if you can tell, but I touched it to check and that’s why it’s not as sheen) I don’t know if I did something wrong, but I probably have to do half portion at a time or do multiple times of curing for bigger size. I wish the cord for the light was little longer. No instructions whatsoever so it’ll be helpful (especially for first time user like me) to get some instructions. Also the sticks and the cups have pretty strong silicone smell after using it ...I was working on it for maybe like little over 1hr, and I started to have slight headache. I compared the smell with a cup I didn’t use, and it smells pretty strong with the one I used. It might be better to get other cups and sticks that are not silicone...?

This was recommended by a friend. I use it to cover small paintings when I want a shiny finish that's quick to cure. I used to use a high gloss spray, but that takes DAYS to cure and it's still soft even after curing. Mr. Resin is great because it's very fast to cure and the finish is hard. Granted, I'm still not very good at applying the resin and I feel it wastes gloves and I'm not always very good at getting bubbles out. But dang, once you accidentally drop it somewhere and you let it see sunlight, it's pretty much stuck :)

My daughter loves to help me with jewelry making! This easy to use resin has been great for her to use! I love how well it sets & only needs 3-5 minutes depending on thickness to fully cure hard! Unlike other cheaper brands it doesn't have a sticky feel once set! Stays clear& doesn't yellow in the sun or over time.

Not like the old formulation. This stuff does not self level and cures with lots of bubbles. The only reason I didn’t return it is I ended up being outside of the return window. Now I have to find a new brand and eat my losses with Mr Resin 😕
