Decent glass with very little distortion. Works fine on my .22 plinker. Came with its own rings which are adequate for all but the most picky of scope-heads. The ring to zoom in and out is a little hard to grasp and is quite stiff at first. My hope is that it will loosen up over time. 4 stars

For the price the quality was impressive. It even came with a gun sock! It has a variable magnification feature with the option to turn on red and green lights with several levels of brightness. Or if you prefer you can use this scope with this turned off. I found it easy to use in all aspects. Even Easy to sight in. And the most important thing Wasserstein it stayed true after many many rounds on a 30 30 rifle. Which this size scope was a great fit for. It also has caps that flip up to protect the scope lenses. Also I didn’t have much issue with fogging on the lenses. Good scope! ... show more

Great scope for the price! It does have a unique illuminated reticle which takes some getting used to.. Mounting, aligning and initial sight in were a breeze.. I haven't shot with it enough to confirm how well it holds zero, but first time out it seemed to group pretty well..

For it's price point, the scope offer decent optics. As with many scopes in the price range, the scope suffers from focus limitations when zoomed in. The range of focus from reticle to target is not great. I almost feel that a diopter is need for crisp focus. If not fully zoomed in, the focus range is much better. I got this from my Umrex hammer, 50 cal air rifle. You have to understand that this rifle produces about 115 dB. And a shockwave when you fire it that you can feel from 20 feet away. Needless to say given that it has a floating Pickney system it’s prone to throw my shots off if the amount isn’t solid. I got this little scope to try and shake it up. We live on a ranch in Sedona, it’s a working ranch. And so far it’s holding up to my nighttime activities. Keeping the Havelina and coyote populations under control. My only advice is to set the light level on the lowest setting. It does pretty good on batteries, considering I stay out there hunting till about 3 o’clock in the morning. Or five hours every night to keep herd safe. So far after two months of shooting I’ve only had to zero my scope four times. That’s pretty damn good. ... show more

This is a decent inexpensive scope. It comes with a set of 11 mm rails, but it also worked well with my 20 mm Picatinny/Weaver Rail scope rings. The listing does make it clear this includes 11 mm and not 20 mm. The reticle brightness has 1-5 in Red and Green, and on 5 is provides decent mid-range brightness. The scope's eyebox doesn't feel overly tight and the 3x magnifier also feels mid-range. Overall the finish on the optic looks surprisingly good but can get scratched. The illumination can be awkward in low light, as the entire reticle is lit up instead of just a small portion on more "duty" focused optics. The flip-up covers work fine and it is easy to pull them off, if you prefer. I did a drop test from waist height twice, and the scope didn't budge - this gets high marks! The scope has has pretty good heft, so factor that in if the extra weight will be a problem. Bottom line, this is a decent scope for a greatt price.
