This back support was purchased after I injured my back cutting up a big pine tree that blew over at our church. The fallen tree was blocking access to our raised vegetable beds in our garden ministry, and needed to be removed quickly. A call was put out to bring chainsaws and help cut up the fallen tree. I was the only one who showed up. I am 80+ years old, but I do like to help out in dire situations like this. I worked for 2 days cutting up the limbs and then cutting the 15 inch diameter trunk into 10 pieces for firewood. That level of activity did a number to my back, and I wanted something to ease the pain that I have been feeling since then. I do like the very good support of this back brace. When you put on the first layer of the bigger support belt, it feels good, and then when you add the 2 smaller belts over the first layer of the big belt, you can really feel the support kick in. I have learned how to put it on just a little high so that it doesn't fold over when I bend at the waist. With the 2 extra stretch belts over the main wide band, it supports my back very well, and I enjoy wearing it all day long. Hopefully it will ease my back injury, and I will continue to wear it around the house, especially when lifting anything heavy at all. My size is Medium, the belt length is 43" ( 110cm) It fits my waist well .The buckle firmly holds the waist tightly and does not come off. I love it ! Update!
