I was hesitant to purchase because of the comments on the smell, but there was no smell at all. It was very solid and great quality and very easy to assemble. It is a great size for a toddler (toddler in photo is 31 inches tall) to be able to access the clothes and shelves, other than the very top. Overall, we were pleased with this cute little set up. My biggest disappointment and why this isn’t getting 5 stars is the way it was packaged. The box came in all beat up, which is no surprise because the box weighs like 40lbs or something. That’s all fine except they only put very thin styrofoam that isn’t nearly enough for the weight. Purchased two for our granddaughters for Christmas. Dress up storage units came well packaged all parts listed were included and easily cross referenced back to to easy to follow step by step instructions. It took about an hour to put the first one together and 30 minutes for the second one. Also as a quick mention, I was pleasantly surprised by quality of the two grey storage baskets which are shown and are included. I would highly recommend this dress up storage unit. I am so impressed and our granddaughters loved them and was a huge hit with their moms our daughter-in-laws too. Hangers shown are not included. I never write reviews, but I had to come on here to warn people not to buy this. Maybe my worst purchase ever. I don’t know how I missed the reviews about the smell of this thing. I don’t know how they are still in business making a product like this. It is sturdy and cute and assembly was mostly easy, but we had to get rid of it because the smell is UNBEATABLE. If you have ever refinished your floors, it’s like that but worse because it does not get better!!! We put it together fairly easily, but it stunk up our entire house the first night we had it. Then we kept it outside for at least two weeks, I wiped it with baking soda and vinegar as other reviewers suggested, it still smelled, so kept it outside another week. Then wiped it with water and thought the smell was mostly gone so we brought it inside. The smell is less strong than at first, but still stunk up the entire room within an hour. I think unfortunately we have to get rid of it. Save your money and buy literally anything else!!! ... show more
