Exactly what I needed. I’m not short by any means (5’8”), but reaching the top shelf on my kitchen cabinets requires me to drag a chair over or use the larger multi step ladder in the garage. I just needed a small boost in height and this folding step stool does the trick. What I like: It’s small but very sturdy, easy to open and locks in place, and then folds flat for storage in my pantry. For the price, it’s a steal. Very, very pleased!

Stool works nicely for child to reach clothing in closet on his own. Wish it had a locking mechanism to lock in unfolded position) like another we purchased elsewhere. We haven’t tested max weight limit or durability outside of gentle use, but it was a good price point for 5 yo’s independence when selecting what he’d like to wear for the day.

The grey matches everything. They fold in and out very easily, my 6 year old can do it. They are easy to carry around. Work for my 6 year old all the way to my 200 pound husband. We have 1 next to the sink for brushing teeth and the other next to the toilet to function as a foot lift to better angle your intestine. I’ve avoided them, thinking they wouldn’t be very sturdy, but they are actually very nice. Highly recommend if you need a tiny boost. For very young toddlers, I prefer step stools with a railing/handle. Once you’re past that stage, these are wonderful for young kids because they can carry them everywhere!
