Box was packaged well. There was a residue on the pieces that looked like fiberglass but after closer inspection, it was from the styrofoam. All the parts were in box. Instructions were fairly clear. Took about 2 hours to put together. Note: if you choose to use the wall anchor, you have to install before you put the table top on. Instructions don't tell you until it's too late. Vanity was stable on our hard wood floors, so we didn't use it. Lights are bright enough and you can switch from daylight to warm light. We routed the light cable through the electric outlet hole and was able to plug it into the usb outlet. This makes the switch easy to reach. I like that the lights wiring is on the back side of the mirror. Gives a nice clean look. Definitely a great price for a nice makeup vanity. Bought this for my teenage daughter.

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have no regrets purchasing this vanity. I struggle with making online purchases, due to the lack of honesty. However this vanity is everything it is advertised to be. Instructions were pretty simple and straightforward , so this will be an easy build. It took about 3-4 hours with just one person. A second person isn’t necessary but could make the process quicker. There is plenty of storage. My main dealbreaker was the outlet ports. Perfect for charging my electronics and plugging up a blow dryer. I haven’t had this vanity for long, on a few days, so I can’t vouch for how it last in the long running. But, I can say that it does seem pretty sturdy and I’ll definitely get some years of use out of this. The lights are controlled by a white wire with a touch box. You can plug it into the vanity itself. But, I got a charging box and plugged it into my wall. There are three light modes. You just tap to change the modes. You can also adjust the brightness. You just press and hold to make it dimmer or brighter. If you’re looking to buy a vanity you should consider purchasing this one!

It took 2 people about an hour. It’s very cute I have plenty of space for my makeup and such. I will say you get what you pay for, it’s pretty cheaply built. We built it probably 3 months ago and the stool is peeling.

When I received my vanity, unfortunately the mirror was shattered. The package was kind of beat up and you could tell that the shipping people were pretty careless with it. I don’t believe it had anything to do with the way it was packaged or anything like that. The entire thing was packaged really well and all other pieces arrived perfect, no scratches or dents. I will say the one thing that stood out most to me is the outstanding customer service when it came to communicating the broken mirror. They went above and beyond to make things right and I would absolutely repurchase from them. I see a lot of complaints about the number of pieces and the difficult level of assembly. Overall I would say it was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow, although it did take a bit of time. I would recommend taking everything out and sorting it beforehand and keeping the work area clean and organized as you go. As for the number of pieces, I’m not sure how this could be done any differently to satisfy people, you have to realize there are shelves and a lot of drawers, so yes, naturally there will be a lot of pieces. I’d also recommend a power drill to help the process move along faster.

PROS: looks just like the picture. Super cute. Works perfectly for what my teenage daughter was looking for. CONS: Girlllll, make sure you set aside at least 5 hours to assemble. Not even joking! SO MANY PIECES!
