    • You can count on customer service- they will make it right!

Well, to be honest, I did have a problem with this adapter. I was getting very low speeds. I contacted Customer Service and Lynn tested my system and confirmed it wasn’t working properly. She then expedited a new better one. It arrived the next day. The new one works great! Getting very high speeds now. Lynn then called a couple days later to follow up and make sure it was working properly. That’s great customer service! ... show more

Review Image by BH
I would like to preface this with the fact that I've only had this a few days, but in those few days it has been amazing. I have an older computer that doesn't work with 5G. I was forced to change my modem to a 5G modem by Xfinity. They divided it up into 5G and 2.4. This computer (which I love) had to use 2.4 and it was worse than when I had dial-up. (Yes, I'm that old.) Anyway, for me it was not plug and play. I did have to go to the website and download the driver. But their instructions are so detailed and so good. I mean they really go into every circumstance that could happen and tell you how to deal with it. Before, I was lucky to get 35 MBps. Now, look at the speed test results I get. Over 200 MBps. So far I am thrilled with this! It is now June 21, 2024 and I am sad to report that this gadget no longer works. I turned on my computer today and it was no longer working. I was so happy how well this worked, but if it only works for a couple of months it is not worth buying. My advice, try another adapter. This one does not work for long and it is not worth paying anything for a device that only works for a month or two. ... show more

    • Flaky to set up, but seems to work well once done
Color: Black
I installed this on my Windows 11 desktop. This adapter should be plug and play, but it took some fiddling to get working. I ran into what is apparently a common problem, that the wifi connection constantly flickered up/down, every 20 seconds or so. This is apparently common enough that the adapter's documentation specifically gives a bunch of support contact information, and even offers a fast replacement service. I contacted support (worked with Lynn), and they were responsive. The "solution", though it strikes me as a bit of a hack, was simply to move the adapter to a USB plug on the other side of the desktop machine. Very strange. But since then it has been working well. ... show more

    • Great Product and Great Service!
Color: Black
This WiFi adapter does exactly what it says it will do. On top of that, it was very easy to set up and it does come with a USB drive containing drivers for if your computer is being picky and needs a manual install. For the most part I found it to be plug and play. I will say that the NinePlus customer service is excellent. I asked if someone could check my settings and make sure that everything was set up correctly. I was contacted by two reps from the company, John and Ayman. John was able to log on to my PC and check things out and Ayman called me to make sure that things we going smoothly. Both of these gentlemen were very courteous and extremely helpful. ... show more

    • SEE EDIT! Great product and wonderful customer service---AT FIRST!
Color: Black
I am writing this as an edit for my review (see below). The product worked great the first time, but when I went to go back online a few days later, it couldn't find any available networks. I went round and round trying to get it to see any available networks. SANA was not quite as solicitous with these follow-up contacts. (Perhaps because I had given a rave review already...I don't know!) I finally got a response when I sent a text indicating that I would have to go and amend my first review, because customer service was great the first time, but completely lacking this time. I was told to unplug/replug the device; if that didn't work then reboot my computer (I had already done that), etc, etc, etc. It finally came down to their rep having to access my computer, go into some files and basically reinstall it. I asked the person to please tell me what they were doing as they were doing it, so I could fix it myself, if needed, at a future date--of course, that's not what happened! So it worked while they were present, but the next day it did not. I finally just unplugged it and uninstalled all its pieces and parts. It is now sitting in a box. I do not stay online when away from my computer for long periods of time, and when going back online, this product cannot find the networks without my having to jump thru too many hoops. My regret is I waited so long to unbox and try it out. It's been almost 8 months since purchase, and I'm certain I cannot return it! My network is running a lot faster now! I had trouble getting it all installed properly, and contacted them thru the chat feature on the website. As promised, I was contacted shortly after by SANA. What a wonderful customer service agent! We communicated thru text and were able to share photos of what we were working on. Sana is so patient and courteous, walking me thru step by step! Thank you, Nineplus and thank you SANA for a great product with great support! ... show more

    • Customer Service (Lynn) was very dedicated and knowledgeable when she was helping me
Color: Black
I bought one years ago. It works great. So much so that when my son's laptop WiFi was acting up, he took my adapter. So I bought another one. It was fine but then cut out a bit. I contacted Nineplus and got excellent help from Lynn. She followed up with me several times when I wasn't available to run tests with her at the time. She did all she could and decided to send me a new one free of charge. I appreciate Lynn's dedication to helping me and making sure I was back in working order. ... show more

    • USB WiFi Adapter for PC Desktop
Color: Black
I ordered this for a laptop that had an old modem that worked slowly. The computer runs on Windows 11, and this adapter worked right after it was plugged in. It is very fast, handles multiple devices at once, and did I mention it is WiFi6 compatible? Overall, this is a plug-and-play device as long as the device isn't too old. I am super happy with this purchase. ... show more
