Best posture corrector waist trainer combo!

I love this posture correction waist trainer! I am now 1 year postpartum and this is a game changer! Sizes are a bit tricky. I wear large in clothes but ordered a size medium due to reading other reviews. I’m 5 foot 4 and 170 lbs and this fit like a glove (which is what I want!)

Posture correction

I saw a lot of comments on this posture corrector/waist trainer being uncomfortable and was a little nervous. To me it is not horribly uncomfortable, just effective at it’s job. If you are using correct posture it isn’t bad and only becomes uncomfortable when slouching. It does hug your armpit since it is supposed to pull your shoulders back. I am 5’2 and 150 pounds and ordered a medium, should have ordered a small though because the waist trainer part of it is not tight enough. Good product if you are looking for posture correction, probably not the best if you have sensitive armpits but realistically if you are going for posture correction it’s always going to be all up in your pits that way it can pull your shoulders back.
