I work from home, so I sit at a computer most of the day which has started to make my back hurt. This product has been a game changer. It corrects my posture without me even thinking about it. Most of the time I do not even remember I have it on. I have only been using it for a few weeks and can already tell a difference in my pain level. I would recommend going up a size so you have more flexibility in adjusting it to your size and preference. I have already recommended it to several of my friends and family members! (The fact that it is pink and super cute does not hurt either!)

If your lower back is hurting this will not help. I need something like this that's cut longer and actually supports the lowest part of my back. its also not the easiest thing to put on with the multiple straps that it has.

I wish this product went up one more size. It definitely gelps with posture but id you are a 1x-2x you would need a 2x-3x depending on your torso width. For me its a little too tight at the ribs but it still helps with posture so with some weight loss i think it would be perfect but sizing definitely runs just a tad small!
