I can't say enough about this product! Fast shipping, great customer service, and a great material to boot! Its lightweight, soft and breathable. I'm fortunate to be working from home, BUT I am sitting all day in front of my computer. This has helped SO MUCH with back pain and also my posture (which is the main problem with back pain). I noticed that it isn't unbearable to wear. For me many products that bind sound the middle trend to bother me, and I can't breathe properly. I currently use a back brace that is only for the lower back and I love it but it doesn’t do much for my upper posture. I like this style because it helps with my posture which in turn helps my lower back pain as well as discomfort in my shoulder blades. I find that during the day I am standing straighter with my shoulders pulled back which is something I never do. I like this posture brace, and it is mostly unnoticeable because it fits comfortably. It does not have super heavy boning that other back braces use. I do feel like I'm wearing a holster but it's not bad for a couple hours a day. Plus, my waist looks a bit more snatched without wearing a proper corset! The material is comfortable but it can dig into your armpits if you are not wearing a shirt underneath.
