Love this little scooter! I'm 63, and decided to get this little bike to putter around on just for fun. It really is fun to ride! It wasn't hard to put together, at least not TOO hard. LOL The back tire had to be aired up, as it was nearly flat. Once aired up, it has held just fine. I have ridden this little scooter all around town, logging a few miles on it now, and I am thoroughly enjoying myself. The only negative I can see, is that my hand gets tired of pulling the throttle back to give it power, but I really don't know any other way they could have manufactured it that would've been much different. It will go a decent speed (I haven't maxed it out yet!), and the brakes work very well. The seat is very comfortable-that was a major concern of mine, as I've had exercise bikes and such in the past with unbearably hard seats. Riding the scooter has been a LOT of fun, and I definitely recommend it for someone wanting to have a fun, easy ride without the aggravation of gas and oil. ... show more

I’m so excited. It looks great and is a nice size. I plan to use it as a mobility scooter and grocery shopping (you do need to be able to balance the same as if on a bike, I just can’t walk far at all). It’s hard to find something i can afford and use, so I’ll give an update after i use it. -The middle basket fits 1 and 1/2 bags and with the back basket and the one i added to the front it can carry 3-4 groceries bags. So I’m pretty happy about the amount of storage. It even came with a pad for the middle basket for your pet to sit on. Hopefully it can handle the haul. -if your bell doesn’t ding and makes a smack like metal sound? Mine was doing that and I spun it around a little and it now dings. -The front wheel breaks are a lil tight making a metal on metal sound. Hopefully that’s fine or I can figure out how to adjust them.(I think you need two people to adjust the brakes or a make shift third hand to hold the brake handles down while unscrewing and rescuing them :( The rubber seals where the cords come out aren’t sealed well (I don’t think it will be a problem less your in heavy rain might make mold, but after shoving them back in not too noticeable) The plastic mud stoppers are a lil bent. -i was nervous it would be too heavy for me to pick up but I was able to. It’s not light but manageable. -I have nerve and joint issues and the seat is not comfortable. It’s definitely better than a bike seat. It puts pressure on my tail bone and “sit bones”. However it doesn’t seem to compress my nerves so that’s good. I’m planning on buying this nice seat I’ll let you know if its worth getting a different seat or keeping the one it comes with. ... show more

This scooter has a horrible battery life, the seat is squeaky and uncomfortable. It feels cheaply made, the brakes don’t respond very well and the inner tube blew out without riding on any terrain, just simple sidewalks. Only rode it 5 miles a day, 5 times a week. The battery died every time. It’s too late to get my money back now and if you purchase the protection plan with asurion, good luck, it’s a waste of time, trying to ship this out with ups is going to charge you an extra $50 drop off and charge you to pay for the packaging. I am so disappointed and I don’t know what to do, this is my cat to commute to work. I’m really sad about it. ... show more

My girlfriend purchased this to get to and from work. I told her I didn't think she would like it, and I was right. She rode it one time less than 300 feet before stopping and said she felt to unsafe. I secretly hoped she wouldn't like it so I could use it. Lol. I like it . I did have a issue with the quick release seat. It slipped so I tightened it and when I went to close it the metal handle snapped in half. I did not overtighten it. I've worked on bicycles for years. I saved the screw and nut and just eliminated the broken quick release and tightened the seat manually. I ride it daily to work, the store, and just for fun sometimes. The battery lasts pretty well and depending on riding style will last longer or less. Battery life depends on speed and also if using the lights when riding at night. I was most comfortable around 15mph. The lack of suspension is noticeable, especially on rougher roads. The brakes are not the best, but they work. My rear brake squealed quite a bit for the first 100 miles but has went away now. The lights work well and I was impressed by the brightness. The baskets are a cool extra and are easy to install and remove when not needed. I am quite satisfied with the scooter overall. If taken care of I think it will last a while. ... show more

This is exactly as described in description. Speed goes up to 18mph easily. Color is exactly as pictured. This charges very fast and keeps a charge. The power is what you would expect from a scooter. Very study for mtself and my 2 small dogs. Durabily is good as you can easily go over bumps and gravel if needed. The bell provided isn't the best so I do recommend upgrading if that's important to you. ... show more
