The real reason I give it a 4 is my right bud, it went crackly within 3 days of getting and stopped working. Then it started working by the end of the day. Got these trying to find a cheaper AirPod alternative but this just isn't it. The charging case and ear pieces feel like it's made from the cheapest plastic possible. The case itself felt like I could've snapped the lid right off if I just put a little too much force on it. The volume/play and pause control is a neat feature that I wish AirPods would have, but with the trash touch sensitivity, you're better off controlling everything right on your device. I've had over-ear bluetooth headphones half the price of these with better build and sound quality. If you want AirPod look alikes with neat colors then this is for you but don't expect anything past that.

I ordered these about a month ago and once in a while the sound will start to go in and out when I'm using them to talk on the phone. It hasn't happened consistently enough yet for me to know if it's an issue, but I registered the product for the warranty and will use it if needed.

I've had these headphones for a little over a year and I've only charged them a handful of times, granted with light use. My fiance recently accidentally ran them through the washer and they still work as good as when I bought them. Very impressed

The airbuds are beautifully designed and fit great in my ears, however, sounds quality is a bit rusty at times and the volume is a bit low. The biggest cons is that the battery life is insanely short. I always keep the earbuds in the case charging and when I decide to use them they barely last 45mins which is very disappointing and lives up nowhere to the 3h that was advertised.
