We got a pizza oven for Christmas, and this dough made it the absolute perfect gift! We couldn't get over how soft and crispy this dough was. Rose beautifully after proofing for 2 hours. Delicious!

This mix is so incredibly easy and tastes better than any other kind we’ve tried. I’ve even made the original recipe from Naples, and while those were good, this is just as good and way less effort. The dough still puffs up even only sitting 2-4 hours.

This is my second purchase of this dough mix. I've tried others, this one is the best. Easy to make and crust comes out great in a 500 degree oven on my pizza stone. I went to their website and found explicit instructions on how to freeze it, and despite them saying that results widely vary, I had no problem freezing and using this dough. I make my own pizza, but sometimes I'm not always lucky with yeast...this helped a lot....but my problem is not being able to stretch the dough out to a make a nice Neapolitan....what I found is that if you know you want pizza on Friday, start this on Wed...let it rise /double and then put it in the fridge in a lightly oiled bag and let it sit for 2 days, take it out a couple hours before you plan on baking it, and it will stretch nicely, plus the flavor is great....I don't see this as cheating at all, it's good solid pizza dough, thank you. ... show more
