Flavor Name: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
Not sure if it’s really helping my supply. I also try to drink water and compress my breast. Plus I nurse and I’m constantly pumping. There’s a slight increase in my supply but Its only enough for 1 feeding (the demand has also increased). On the bright side, these cookies are so delicious. I just ordered a second box of the chocolate chip oatmeal. I would eat them even if I wasn’t trying to increase milk. ... show more

    • Once a skeptic, now a believer
Flavor Name: Chocolate Salted Caramel
I struggled to keep up my supply with my first child, so with my second I started with these cookies every morning from when they were about 4 weeks old. My supply was great and I was able to stash away a ton of milk for my return to work. About a month after returning I stopped buying the cookies. They are a lot of calories, and pretty pricey. The whole time I was buying them I sorta didn’t think they were doing much but I kept up with it because it made me feel better. I went from stashing an extra ounce or two regularly back to the struggle to fill bottles. I was burning my stash to supplement so I decided to try the cookies again. Within a few days I was back to extra milk! A few ounces difference when pumping during my workday. It’s seriously the only thing I changed, no other diet or routine changes. These really worked for me! ... show more

    • LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!
Flavor Name: Chocolate Salted Caramel
I absolutely LOVE these cookies! Not only do they taste great, but any time I have a slight dip in my milk supply I eat a pack or two of these and BOOM! Lots of milk! These WORK!

    • Tasted great and helped my supply
Flavor Name: Chocolate Salted Caramel
I was eating these right from the beginning so I could boost my supply. I have an oversupply so I don’t eat them much now but they did the trick. Great taste and we’re a welcome treat in my new mom haze.

    • Best lactation cookies!
Flavor Name: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
These cookies taste amazing!! They are a bit pricey but they are worth it. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but my milk supply has been coming in great as I ate one bag a day, as recommended.

    • Tastes good. Small increase in milk supply.
Flavor Name: Chocolate Salted Caramel
Tastes pretty good. Portion sizes good. A bit expensive. However, I did noticed a small increase in milk supply after about a week of eating 1-2 servings a day. Don't know if it's related but worth a try if you are struggling with supply like I was.

    • Marked improvement in output!!
Flavor Name: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
I've been eating a bag of these daily for the past week and have seen a marked increase in my pumping output. It didn't happen immediately, but was a slow and steady climb up. I have recently gone to work in person, to a new job, and started my baby in daycare, which is a very stressful combination of things -- and I really hate pumping, to top it all off. These not only provide a nice treat and pick-me-up, but I've been able to stress less about getting my baby enough milk :) So glad they are more than a very expensive snack! ... show more
