it is a nice eye primer, easy to apply and blend well - it is a little too fair and with a very strong coverage that looks like you already have eye shadow - i can't tell if the make up stays better or not, i did not do a test with and without.

Love this primer. Because the color is a fair skin tone, I use it alone on my eye lids to make them look more open. I apply a small amount and then feather it across the eyelid with a small soft brush. When applied in a limited amount it lasts all day and does not cake.
